Hello, you need to submit documents, pay the application fee and do the entrance exam. The admission process is open until end of July 2024.

CV signed by the applicant
3 photos (passport size)
proof of recognition of the education document
apostilled copy of the final diploma or high school certificate
a medical report (certification from a doctor) on the medical fitness to perform the medical profession of a pharmacist. The form consists of attachment no. 2 of Act no. 578/2004 Coll.
a notarized photocopy of the birth certificate
photocopy of passport
