I’m wondering who the builder will be and when the first phase will kickoff. I know that will be massive.
@@Rell_97362 thank you! I drive past the area every day and haven’t seen a rock moved on that land in three years 🤣 Although, they are widening the street right there and just put up a new gas station that should open soon.
This is only a suggestion but why don't you keep your name and phone number on the bottom of the sceen when you are showing the houses? That way buyers can call you anytime during the videos. I know you say it, But some buyer are new but don't remember The rules of new house buying. That you should go with a realter (you) the first time.
