@@Thomash-ev3vn what about pellets? you could try feeding him veggies or the same fruits in different ways, cut them up or mash them etc. it can take a while to get birds used to new foods but it's much better for them in the long run.. also I wouldn't recommend feeding a bird random flowers :)
Training a parrot to so Tricks is actually really good for taming. My Quaker was really afraid of me, especially my hand but I started teaching him how to turn around and he got pretty obsessed with this trick. Then I showed him how to high-five and now he wants to hold hands 24/7...

My quaker knows shake with both his left and right feet, along with kiss, and just learned wave with his left foot. He also knows words like hello, step up, I love you, and shake, (Birds often mimic sounds they hear based on actions that they do, which is why he says step up and shake whenever he's on my finger, and he says hello whenever he shakes, it's the most adorable thing ever)
Honestly the French one is cute. I taught my birds that and they often bring me me stuff like paperclips for some fruit. One trick i taught my birds was dive. When I say dive when they are taking a bath, (they do it in my sink,) they just hop in and birdy paddle until i put my finger as a step.
