Thank you for always dropping quality chemistry videos for students during WAEC.... Please, when preparing the methyl orange indicator, what are your measurements. I usually go with 1g of methyl orange in 20ml of alcohol then top it with 80ml of distilled water or 0.1g of methyl orange in 20ml of alcohol then 80ml of water. How do you prepare yours and which do you recommend for this WAEC ?
I always use a mixture of hot water and ethanol in ratio 3:1. The mass does not really matter, provided all the students use the same preparation. It's just that the colour of one will be darker than the colour of the other solution.
We made an assumption because it is a practice problem and not the real exam question. For your exams, it is the average titre value obtained from your titration
The truth is there may not be time to drop a students-video on qualitative analysis before the exams on Thursday. However, you can learn from this teachers-based video we dropped earlier, while working with what your teacher gives you in the class. You can as well forward it to your teacher to serve as a guide to him/her. ua-cam.com/video/e932Fhxrizs/v-deo.html
Yea, you're right. We were trying to be a bit lazy 😂, and besides, we were constrained by time and didn't want to spend too much time on editing. Thanks for watching!🙏
You are still good to go! Just stick to whatever titre value you get. Everybody IS NOT expected to get the same titre values because they ARE NOT using the SAME grade of chemicals. This means that their levels of purity will be different, hence, the difference in titre values. The most important things are I) your students working within a range of +/- 0.1 cm3 of your titre value, and Ii) Observing all the rules for the table of values and sticking to the steps in the calculations.. If they can do this, they are sure of earning their full marks!🙏
God bless, thanks👍👍👍
Amen!🙏
Thank you,sir.This really help alot
Great Work👍👍👍❤
You are welcome!🙏
This is wonderful 👌
Thanks for watching!🙏
I have been looking forward to your videos sir. You are doing well🙌🙌
Awwn! That's so nice! Thank you for trusting in us. We don't take it for granted.🙏
All hail the Science Chef!🙌🙌🙌
😂Thanks Charlie for the unflinching support!🙏
One chilled drink for you sir😂
Really! Why didnt u reply me sir

Why are we assuming like how will I know the right figure to use😢

Thank you very much sir, we really appreciate. Please when will you be dropping the qualitative analysis, that's where there is a big problem

Great video man🙌🙌. But you need to be displaying the points step by step instead of showing the whole slide at once

You are doing well sir!
The class is interesting
Thanks @Pleasant Chemistry!🙏
Sir these reagent published for chemistry 2023 are we expecting those once for all the countries taking the WASSCE.
Especially Sierra Leone..
Actually, we are not sure about that. We'll get back to you or you can confirm from your teacher.
Please sir, I got 24.00 as my average volume of acid used am I in order?
You, yes are!👍
@@TheScienceChefAcademy what if we that got 9.60
