where the 2 ink cartridges sit all the way to the right when not printing, there is a soft pad actually 2 pads soaked in ink and there is a big wad of black ink down there should i remove that glob of ink and is there anyway to clean those pads .i'm guessing they are to catch dripping ink ? don't really know any clues or suggestions .also is there a repair manual i've looked alot and haven't found any thanks
Is it possible to install bulk ink on this printer? Do you have any tutorials that teach how to install Bulk Ink, especially how we connect the hose to the HP Envy?
I have never installed a cissy on this ir similar printer. There are continuous ink supply systems for these models sold on eBay and Amazon. About 10 years ago, I had one installed on a 2 cartridge system like yours, but it was a photosmart c3180, I believe. It had more space inside the printer to have the tubes go back and forth without jamming. I'm not sure ifbit will work with your printer because it is designed to be slick and compact. I'll see what I can find, and if I do, I definitely will try to provide advice and help. Thank you.
i had originally took apart the printer because the arm extension was broken so i removed it. after assembling it back the screen moves but remains black any idea what went wrong
Any advice for correcting a "scanner broken" error message on an Envy 120? The diagnostic says to power off/on the printer but that doesn't do any good.
Hi. Yeah, that almost never fixes that problem. It is possible that the scanner wire is disconnected somewhere between the scanner and main board. Another cause would be if scanner jams and won't move inside the glass. Sometimes the error is that he motor or lamp have gone bad and need o be replaced. It is alost impossible to find replacement for it, so check all possible obstructions and connections first.
Could be an internal main board error. One thing you can try us to remove inj cartridges and restart printer by unplugging, wait a few seconds, plug in, and try turning it on.
Im having problems removing the scanner, i push in the buttons but theyre very tough to push in and remove... it is an Envy 114 printer

Got a hold of an HP Envy 110. It may or may not print, as I have not tested it yet. Are there only 2 ink cartridges? Thank you 🤓
Hi. Yes. HP Envy 110 uses 2 cartridges. HP Black cartridge #60 and color #60 in the US, Canada region

For Envy 120 is different to remove the scanner, which makes more difficult to disassembly
Thanks for sharing the information

Thanks for the response. I reset the scanner cable plugs in the front and it seems to have fixed it (so far). @@303electronics
