Aquacise - Best Deep Water Workout with a Noodle POOL Exercise - AquaFIIT Coach Stacy - Core & Tone

  • Grab a noodle, and a buoyancy belt, and join Coach Stacy as we get AquaFIIT together for another water workout. This one is in deeper water and is more challenging. It can also be done in shallow water, where your feet aren't touching the bottom. I included underwater views again :-). It is a great, effective way to tone and have NO impact on the joints.
    Please note: Workout is older and audio quality is not as good as more recent workouts.
    Exercises can be done in 30 to 60 second intervals, taking rest breaks as needed.
    Workout is suitable for beginners to advanced as you can work at your own level. Have fun and keep moving! Feel free to turn up your own music and just follow along!
