Bhai meri i10 hai clutch plate change karne ke bad, clutch dabaya to High rpm ho rha hai...kya problem ho sakti hai

Bhai car mein reverse gear mein issue hai. Service centre clutchplate keh raha hai but third gear mein car daalo neutral se seedha toh car jhatke se band hothi hai which is a sign of good clutchplate. My RPMs are normal and pickup is good but still reverse gear hard ho jatha hai har teesre din chalne ke baad. Meine lubricant or clutch bleeding karwaya tha par reverse mein issue abhi bhi hain. Thoda chalane ke baad first gear ka issue sahi hua hai par reverse gear ki abhi bhi dikkat hai. What to do?
