Sin is practised but not conceived in the womb. Sin is not inherited. Jesus' birth was supernatural(miraculous) why? Because He is God . Phil2:5 say He did not see Himself as God. God cannot be conceived naturally. This doesn't mean natural conception is a sin(it's a false doctrine). When I say "in anger I beat my child" , does it mean my child was the one angry? No! "In sin my mom conceived me" means David's mum was the sinner not the baby.
