The pool pond has been here for ever keep up the good work.
They sink old battleships for reef structure. Maybe there's some cheap folding chairs that would provide shade and structure... plus won't hurt the pool... and are easy to get out of the way. Just brainstorming. You'll come up with what works for you :)

You should put some catfish or crawfish in the big pond. Crawfish would be a great source of food for the bass
man you have to add pike to the big pond its an amazing fish to catch and a lot bigger than bass

Buddy of mine and myself used to catch tons of chubs and bag them up about 6 per bag or so and freeze them. Then we'd catfish about every night during the summer while cutting the chubs into 3 or 4 pieces for bait. They kill those chubs!!
