Hi Penny & Dad- This dessert looked interesting. I’m the same as dad. I love pumpkin pie, but I’m not a cheesecake fan. If I were to make it, (which I just might do) I’d maybe put some graham cracker crumbs mixed with butter or crumbled shortbread cookies on the bottom. I’m not a fan of nuts so I’d substitute with other things to add texture. I’ve never seen or heard of this recipe. Thanks Penny. Your cook with me at home videos are very enjoyable. Have a great afternoon. Sending you & dad much love. ❤️ ❤
@@kathy2933 Yes I thought of graham cracker crumb crust at the bottom. Don't think it would dump out well but if you ate it right of the bowl it wouldn't matter. Lol I recommend you trying. I'm going to mess around with it to see if I can making it even better for me. Love ya Kathy.
Hello George and Penny 😊😺. That would probably be better if you used regular cream cheese instead of the whipped. Also I would have put nutmeg in mine. Happy Holidays and God Bless you 🙏.

you might want to reconsider putting the pecans in the mix until after microwave in case it brings out the nut oil it may give a funky aftertaste taste
Hi Penny they look good enough that I am going to try this I make a lot of one cup cakes etc and learned that for them to taste there best you have to be exact with all your ingredients I think I would maybe top it with some kind of us or crust or nuts so when you dump it out you have a crust like the idea of caramel and cream topper
