Not only does Jason have a unique and awesome voice, but his song writing is just so deep and meaningful. He finds a way to make the song catchy, but at the same time have such a great story and get his point across. Go Radio is a one in a million band, you won't find another like them for awhile.
Love May Day Parade, Love Go Radio, and respect both artists as artists and true musicians. I wish Go Radio wasn't breaking up because I truly do appreciate the music but being in a band is hard work, especially when things don't work out as planned. I wish all the members of Go Radio the best!
i heard this song awhile ago, and i just cant get the voice, music, rhythm or anything out of my head. i loved him in mayday parade and i love him in go radio. just an amazing unique voice.
After Jason left Mayday Parade they lacked lyrical content since he wrote all the good songs with depth, and left a big void the other singer couldn't fill, and didn't listen to Mayday Parade since, and I love to hear the amazing sound I once heard in Mayday Parade in Go Radio, thank you Jason!
I pick up a Mayday Parade CD, chances are I like two or three songs off the record. I pick up a Go Radio CD and I like damn near every song. Maybe it's the raw emotion and the conviction behind every work that Lancaster sings. He's got something, maybe more of something than his old band.
Guys, don't think it's bad that he left Mayday. Because if he stayed, how would Go Radio be created? Jason, I've never been disappointed by you in either band. Keep this up!
They're both great bands! Very successful. They're happy doing what they love which is making music it doesn't matter if he left mayday he's happy in go radio let the man be
For everyone who thinks he got kicked out, you're wrong. He left Mayday Parade after a Lesson in Romantics was released because his father had passed away. Mayday Parade wanted to start touring after their first album and he wasn't ready.
Love this video and this band!!! People need to stop bringing up Mayday Parade. It's been years since Jason left and the two bands are both separately great in their own ways!
If anyone wants to know, this song is about Jason's step-mom, and how she essentially abandoned him and his siblings after the death of his father. I learned that today.(:
Mayday Parade and Go Radio have no hard feelings toward each other, so why do we continue to compare them? It's life. Sometimes people go in different directions and we move on. Mayday Parade has moved on and now we have two great bands to listen to.
Why the war?Mayday Parade is among my favourite bands and I recently heard of this group and I can also say they are both amazing bands with great potential. Anyway...I'm in love with this song.

This guy's the reason Mayday Parade didn't suck for one whole album.

Jason's voice... just wow!

I LOVE the way he sings last!
I pick up a Mayday Parade CD, chances are I like two or three songs off the record. I pick up a Go Radio CD and I like damn near every song. Maybe it's the raw emotion and the conviction behind every work that Lancaster sings. He's got something, maybe more of something than his old band.
I really wish he would reunite with Mayday Parade. Everything this man touches turns to absolute gold.
I don't know if I've told you before, but it makes my day when I see you in my subscriptions box... thing.
Jason's hand looks a tad bit awkward here. But he's amazing. Brilliant lyrical genius.

Guys, don't think it's bad that he left Mayday. Because if he stayed, how would Go Radio be created? Jason, I've never been disappointed by you in either band. Keep this up!

For everyone who thinks he got kicked out, you're wrong. He left Mayday Parade after a Lesson in Romantics was released because his father had passed away. Mayday Parade wanted to start touring after their first album and he wasn't ready.

It's a song about his step-mother, she abandoned Jason and his family a few weeks after Jason's father's passing.
