Watching this video brings back beautiful memories, I schooled in Enugu, lived in CBN Quarters Trans Ekulu. Wow things have really changed especially in phase 6. Good video 👍🏼
@@ohio8913 So the question is, when are we going to have steady power supply. Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt didn't wait to "have steady power supply" before they embarked on high rise buildings. Developers can leverage on several independent sources of power supply technology available today. High rise buildings are ways to maximise the utility of land.
@@richardchukwu1737 You can say that again,I always find that line of argument very weak because high rise residential apartments are spring up all over Nigeria except in south east.
Jeff you won Real estate agent of the year for a reason. You are serving the diaspora interest. Keep it up. Meanwhile you didn't mention the exact time from Polo mall. Also let the developers incorporate treesss and closed drainage in the development of the estate. It's very important.
I appreciate this comment Sir. Thank you. Thank you for the feedback... Duly noted. From Polo Mall to New GRA should be approximately 25 minutes at the most. I'll communicate with the developers Sir. Kind regards.
Thanks again for doing this. I really like the trees on your way, I think the estates being developed should also factor right-of-way for trees within the estate to give it a unique ambiance. These trees can also help with clean air as well as cooling the temperature within the environment
Please I'm interested to know more about this New GRA. We are planning to relocate to Enugu. What is the rent like and also how much can one get a plot of land there? I would appreciate if you can reply soonest. Thank you.
Good to know about you plans to move to Enugu. Rent is dependent on the type of house you are looking for. For a standard 3 bedroom flat, rent ranges between 300k to 600k. Plots of land within this area ranges from 3.5Million to 20million, depending on how close the land is to development... Generally, New GRA is a fast developing place, especially because it is close to Trans Ekulu Enugu. I happy to assist you further. Regards.
@@JeffAnozie Thank you for your quick response. Our budget for rent is 300k to 400k for standard 3 bedroom with running water and and electricity. When we move in, we can then plan on acquiring land.
Woah, see my street phase Six,Emeka Abalu

Wow! Nice. Yes, the place has really changed.
Really good to know that you enjoyed the video too.,👍🏾
Enugu state by now supposed to have built multi storey houses like 12 to 15 and above in Enugu city
There's no need for it yet. Also we need steady power before developing multi storey buildings.
