It took me too long to realize what was actually occurring as we met in the middle of that bend (it doesn't happen often obviously), so I'm fairly positive that had we met in the same lane it would've been a serious auto accident at best--I would've likely attempted an evasive maneuver after it was simply too late to react. The wreck must have happened pretty much immediately after he passed by me, within probably 30 seconds if I had to guess.
Darin Bundy by the way, I saw the debris where the wreck happened, and it was actually right behind me. I somehow didn't hear it even though it happened literally just a few seconds after he passed me.
