It’s very rare for great level athletes to produce children who are great. You typically have to be good enough to pass down the lessons to your child in order to produce a legitimate star. Venus and Serena were better than their father. Floyd Mayweather Junior was better than his father. Stephen Curry is better than Dell Curry. Jalen Brunson is better than Rick Brunson.
