If you are an ignorant Green horn hunter shooting Remington Cor-lokts splatter locks you are wasting 3/4 of a deer from blood shot meat left for the coyotes.
CORRECT! I've hunted with it for many years. I do have a .308 that will not shoot it, but it's the only rifle I've had this problem with. With the price of ammo right now, it might be a while before I find something it likes.
Lol coreloct for life my 30-06 pump spits them out better than hand loads a dime is way too big to compare those 3 shot groups to really pisses my buddies off with high dollar bolt rifles
You're self sustained, you have 25 year shelf life buckets of freeze dried food, water, and you'll probably last the longest during an apocalypse or strong recession.
@@redtobertshateshandleshell with that😂 only thing that brings is a headache and time wasted on things you want no part in!🤣 trust me no woman in this world is a better companion than a good pack of hunting dogs and a house in the middle of nowhere.

I'm a rural Kentucky hillbilly who uses Nosler Accubond .308 because I get the most consistent accuracy out of it. I drive a restored '75 F250 painted in Dodge Winchester grey and running the original but slightly massaged 460. I'm debt free.
Well i have S&B ammo money but I hunt with Barnes ammo just have to take a second part time job a couple of months before hunting season to afford $60 a box. Then i got smart bought reloading equipment and now shoot top of the line for wolf prices.
This cracks me up😂 I have hunted with Nosler longer then you have been a live and I hunt with Sako, Weatherby, pre64’s and some custom builds! My father was handloading in the 50’s with Nosler and hunting with pre64’s
Where I come from if you can afforded loaded ammo you live on snob hill. The rest of us try to save money buy reloading. What I mean by try is. The more money we save by reloading means we just reload more so at least we spend more time at the range. Even though we are still broke. NDR
Your S&B analysis hit hard sir. I'm not "poor" but im also not about to drop top dollar to run gucci bullets, when i know for a fact that the deer aren't checking brands before they drop.
S&B should have been: “You shoot a 303 Brit, most likely Canadian so you use your vintage war rifle to also go hunting even though it’s incredibly cumbersome out in the field but you cannot seem to sportorize the stock to make it weigh less because you’ll get thrown out of your American gun club and you know they expect you to bring all the snacks. You drive a mid 2000’s Dodge with a squeaky rear suspension and cannot fathom why anyone needs more than 10 rounds in a magazine. Even though you secretly wish your old bolt gun could.”
Dude I literally shot s&b today that I picked up from the gun shop in my f-150 triton v-8. Don’t have any credit card debt. Poor? I dunno, I own the deed to my land and do my plinking with 6.5 creed that I pay for with cash. Probably don’t meet the democratic expectations but I’m good with it.
Chevy single cab 4x4 .. fiocchi 40gr 223.. 1/2 or less outta my rifles .. nosler trophy grade 190gr outta my 300wm 1 to 3/4 inch groups... and fyi.. I would never own a Ford 😂😂
Im poor as hell but have and shoot a lot of much better quality projectiles than any of these (but Barnes,,got a lot of those) because I hand load..if you aren't rich but Wana shoot like you are,,hand load. It ain't cheap, but you get a lot more bangs for the bucks..
The only one of those rounds I do buy is the S&B on account of it's for 54R and good stuff in that caliber is hard to find. I drive a Tacoma though, but otherwise accurate. In other calibers I like Hornaday SST or PMC bronze. Not sure what that says.
I buy what works best in MY rifle ... I don't base my choice on someone else's suppositions. Each rifle is different, it has it's likes and dislikes. I have rifles that have different preferences and I'm ok with that. To find what works best, you will shoot hundreds of types of rounds both store bought and hand loaded in varying weather conditions. Be you boo!
I'm hunting with a passed down browning b.a.r. safari ll in .308.remington core locks in 150gn..got the old skool original Burris 6x32 on top ..she's a killer out to 500 yrds
You hunt with a Remington pump or 700, probably chambered in 30-06 308 or 270. You're gun hasn't shot a group under an inch since it was made, and any scope over 9x is a waste to you. You also shoot the heaviest bullet you can get your hands on because bigger is better. None of this matters though, because opening day you smoke a buck at 40yds every year. It may look like a doe with 4 points on its head but it's still a buck I think
@@madwe2269 what is your problem with Remington Corloks and I use a 243. I mainly archery hunt and have never killed a buck with a rifle other than an axis deer in Texas. I personally hate rifle season because people just act so stupid. But archery and flintlock are the superior seasons.
If your shooting handloads you loaded on your Lee single stage press, metering every load of powder, using various brass all trimmed, polished and sized properly, in a caliber that's been around for more than 50 yrs, what does that say about you? :-)
I love off dividends but i dont drive an audi i prefer my 98 grand cherokee with 280,000 miles then my land rover defender is second and no not the new crappy defender.
Let's go a little deeper. I'm shooting a cartridge that was only came factory in the rifle it was designed for. That rifle only came factory in that cartridge only. No major manufacturer currently makes ammunition. It's custom made or hand loaded. What does it say about me? For extra points. What am I shooting?
Today, we shoot what we can find, not necessarily what we want. "If you are shooting ________________ ( fill in the blank), consider yourself lucky you found some ammo and can go hunt."
What about the guys who just use soft points like federal fusion & Power Shok, Hornady interlock, Winchester whatever. Or the guy that just uses a shotgun and ends up killing more deer than everyone else because he actually hunts in the woods and not on the edge of fields.
I shoot barnes. But I’m not drowning in debt. But I will say the glass on my rifle cost more than most guys rifles and scopes. I choose to be frugal and live to well below my means. And choose to spend money on guns and hunting.
So you want to insult people’s finances on both sides of the spectrum then expect them to pull out their wallet to buy your products? Doesn’t sound like a very good business plan….
If you are trying to make a living off of something you got an A on in jr. high, then you need to be told the truth, your dad really didn't like his father's day gift back then

And if you Reload with a Lee single stage press using Hornady bullets , Winchester brass and Hogdin powder = Your Poor , Sensible and your Freezer is Full
I pick up the shells from the range day and load my own cheap home made lead bullets. With china gun powder. Works 4-7% of the time. So i have large magazines. lol I’m poor

I use a Ruger American Ranch model in 7.62x39 with steel case ammo from Tula. It's make the deer dead as good as anything else can.
