It includes things like where to fit it, how to check concrete, how to lift post up, connect everything and adjust the cables. its a single phase lift, but also comes in 3 phase model. Remember that the weight referred to when choosing a lift is the vehicles curb weight and not the GVWR. Once you have that information, you can decide which lift is appropriate for you. Thanks for the question. the XPR-18CL has a minimum height (with lift pad) of 5 inches, so that would be the clearance needed for smaller vehicles. Remember that the capacity is relative to the curb weight - not the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR). You may find that a smaller lift will in fact accommodate both your trucks and be a better fit for the smaller vehicles in your fleet. Will a 18000 capacity still go under a small car. I have massive trucks but need it to still fit under low vehicles
