Pankaj maam i respect your recipe but we dont need homogenised buttermilk we just need to put it in a blender or use a blender we will get same results and plus one i did not have buttermilk so i used milk and they were better

it depends on the power of your microwave. you need to let it cook a bit more in the microwave at high (maybe for a total of 5min)
