Student unions disrupted education with 4 yrs degrees taking 6 , 7 yrs to complete and constant fighting including even firing in colleges and universities. Grades were then awarded on base of parties instead of merit

NA should be a central legislative body only. There must be multiple provinces, I think every Division a province. Strong LB governments, all empowered, elected every 4 years should be functioning, generating their financial resources. A %age of this keeping themselves and rest going to provinces.

Deduction after 3 episodes is not focused. Basic Democrats must be independent and be able to collect local taxes for municipality jobs but they can not be thought of being a part of '1171' reps of 24 crore awam. They are in the real sense khidmatgars of people whereas Parliamentarians make laws for the country / provinces. Solution lies in making laws so that basic democracy works independent of Parliamentarians, irrespective of any party's govt coming to power or leaving it. This may be the first step before making bureaucracy independent.
