Your hard work certainly paid off on that one. That blade is gorgeous.
Thank you sir!
This one came out great. Liking this pattern with the center bar way more than the first all bearing one you did on video
CRIPES, I was lulled into a highly relaxed state by the sounds of working and the sudden talking at the end actually startled me awake 🤣🤣 bro please choose one or the other, you're clearly very skilled but either talk about your project as you work on it or go with complete wordlessness, this video sincerely jarred me
Love the michaelchtulhu respirator going on there
That pattern on a cleaver would be even more epic than this one currently stands and that’s a hell of an achievement
That breathing mask is hilarious - reminds me of the movie Waterworld
Your work is amazing FCF!
Thanks a bunch!
This is some of the best work I’ve ever seen!
Мне нравится, что вы работайте с нужным металлом. Не приваривая и не отрезая.👍
Great handmade knife! This looks incredibly great. I am a big fan of blacksmithing. Especially knives.
Nice. A Shurap moment from the creek. Subbed.
Thanks!!
Thats the coolest blade I've seen you make so far. Nice!
Very pretty patern and impressive edge, nice work
It started with your imagination and ended with a beautiful blade. Congratulations on another beautiful knife.
Thanks I appreciate it
Very nice piece... ty for the video.
Thanks for watching!
Nicely done
It was bearings make one trip of a pattern! Totally love it 💞
You need to name this The Octopus
Tnx for sharing this video idol
Nice job!
Hola! Me encantan tus videos.
Awesome & unique looking blade!
....lookin' good nice work, keep safe...
Wow, that is a very unique and interesting way to make a canister damascus bar. Never seen this method otr heard of it before, very creative!! Well done!!
Definitely interesting design
Thanx! amazing work
very cool with unlimited variations!!
It has an interesting pattern to the blade especially with the nickel plating on those bearing balls. I wouldn't classify it as a gyuto but it should still be a functional kitchen knife.
That turned out beautiful!
Beautiful
Now I appreciate why good handmade knives cost what they do.
awesome thanks!
Nice blade
cool radical design on that blade...
Been watching about 6 videos in a row love you work and different experiments with forging techniques got a sub from me sir.
Beautiful knife !
That’s one beautiful knife my friend, Thank You for the video.
you bet, thanks!
04:05 It's amazing to see the heat difference between the ball bearings and the rest of the knife through the hot metal.
Would be fun to go over to Japan for a couple of months and apprentice with a Japanese master
yep that would be neat
Nice work looks great.
Oh thats cool looking
Oh that's just cool. You really nailed that one. great job. take care from your pal Helcat in Australia.
that's awsome. good work man.
Thank you
Good looking knife, like the pattern, pleased you’re putting that power hammer to plenty of good use. Regards from Down Under.
Thank you sir
Beautiful Knife!
Love your work. Thank you
I half expected some spices to go into the container, the beginning of this video was very shurapesque.
Un treball extraordinari, una peça de gran bellesa, moltes felicitats! . Salutacions des de Barcelona (Catalunya)
With the amazing demascus pattern you made I'd have etched the tang and made the handle out of clear acrylic
Tnx. for pleasure good , perfekt work and video, bravo, are you so good at what you do, from me full respect from old BG.
Great work, amazing blade
This knife is beautiful!! It's an ingenious idea with the toolsteel outside and the bearing balls inside.
A knife like that you can just get rid of all the other ones awesome
I can see from your respirator you are a fan of Michael Cthulhu.. a man of Class i see.
What type of respirator is that?
@@bruceloy9229 There's a Respirator you can buy called - Resp-O-Rater. Get one of those and then get on UA-cam and search "Michael Cthulhu Respirator" The video title is -That Thing Around My Neck- I think there's a need for a Baby Bottle if im not Mistaken. Its a Frankenitem.
Thank you
love the pattern
Wow, I never expected the blade to turn out like that, it's awesome! How did the edge of the hatchet look after taking a beating removing the plates? Love the channel.
Thanks! The hatchet was dull but it was a failed hatchet project so the steel wasn't what it should have been anyway, too soft..
Very knife 👍👍
Very cool
great work 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Beautiful!!!!
Awesome still saving for another one soon
I really like the pattern you made using ball bearings, round rod and steel powder. The knife really looks bang on right. I will make me a copy soon. Thanks for the idea fella. Peace vf
Beautiful!
great job!
Good very good.
Excellent safe work
very nice knife!
Nice!!
Sooooo Artistic 👌
that is friggen kool
Nice
Very cool, I really like that!
I love the Sound of the Hammer Vs Anvil = appearance of godliness
Yeah damn true never seen this before... Awesome
2:38 Very iron rich cerials, but I suggest to use milk instead of water.
Taste much better. (can give gas)
Beautiful blade, being a chef i don't think I would enjoy using it. The grip I use the top edge would be cutting into my finger.
So cool 😎
very nice.
New to the channel.
Very impressed with your work.
Epic beard!
Thanks and welcome!
Очень крутой нож.Отличная работа.
I LOVED
Крутой нож 👍👍👍

Оригинально, ни у кого такого не видел!
Hi Fire, could you ask Creek and -Watson- Forge why at the beginning they bent the blade longitudinally with the drop hammer then re-flattened it (was it to make sure the fusion welding was ferpect) ?
Beautiful and visually unusual result BTW :)
Curving the blade towards the edge allows it to straighten back out as you forge the bevel, since the bevel is being forged only on one side of the blade.
@@FireCreekForge Oh, ok, thanks for the explanation.
@@FireCreekForge I think he meant when you were started shaping the tang. Since the metal was wide and thin it began to fold so you flattened it back out.
I would love a voice over to know exactly what steps you're taking and why. I'm a newb
Love that pattern! Where did you get the nickel plated steel balls and are the high carbon?
Got them on eBay, don't remember if they're high carbon or not..
- Hey Bro... you are on fire.
- Oh, thanks!
- No, I mean literally, watch your glove...
Nice! I like both the videoes where you talk/explain what you do and those silent ones.
What kind of respirator was that? Did I see right, that it does not cover you nose?
👍👍👍👍👍
Thanks! it's called the "Resp-O-Rator", and uses a nose clip to isolate airflow.
Por que vc não participa do desafio sob fogo....vc é fera..ferreiro profissional
Do the same thing again fold it more. 👍
You know Harbor Freight makes axes that would be better served for what you're doing with that one.
This was a failed hatchet project
@@FireCreekForge my 14 y/o son and I both cringed, maybe next time fore warn us or something lol. Thanks for your content, I'm now a subscriber!
@@jamesbrummett6030 haha yes I understand, thank you
This is the first time watching this channel for me. I was wondering about the type of mask you were wearing. Do you also clip you nose shut to keep your self from accidentally inhaling through nose?
Thanks! Yes it's called the Resp-O-Rator
@@FireCreekForge- Thanks for your reply. I like this Resp-o-Rator product. Great clip by the way. Sorry I didn't mention this in my earlier text. Was overly excited to see an alternative way to protect lungs.
Amazing work! I love how you experiment with the powdered steel and bearings. Gorgeous knife!
Thanks you!!
That looks brilliant, just wondering though how much a knife like that would sell for?
Is this the American version of shurap?!
why would you paint the inside before forging?
To keep the contents from forge welding to the outer jacket
