- LOVEBITES with one of the best entrances of a curtain drop ever!!! This band has such a unique and brilliant sound with such and awesome fanbase!! I would love to see this band in person they put on an amazing show!!! #lovebites #reaction
This is the opening song of the 5 of A Kind Concert in 2020
🤘🐺🤘😈Harupi🔥
LOVEBITES 🐺 INCREDIBLE
Yes. Absolutely yes.
Yes, this is how to open a concert. Now they’re ready to take the world by storm.
I respect you for respecting them!
Much love to you and Ukraine
🌻🌻🌻💙💛💙
Great band, thank you!!!
Thanks for the reaction! It was very interesting to watch your emotions. I feel that you are completely in the metal theme and appreciate these Ladies 👍🤘😊 You will definitely like it : LOVEBITES "The Awakening" & "The Hammer of Wrath" ("Five of a Kind - Live in Tokyo 2020")
Thank you, I will check those out!!!
Yes, Miyako and Midori are the Yin and Yang of metal guitar, you nailed it. Those terms also embrace the idea of darkness and light, which is an apt metaphor for those two. Great reaction.
Great guitarists, thank you!!!
@@TheKillogicEffect I have always thought of Miyako and Midori as Melody and Mayhem
This song was composed by Miho after being inspired by seeing Slayer in concert. To me it is the quintessential Miho song along with The Hammer of Wrath. Watching Miho full body headbanging to her own song got me a bit misty eyed I have to admit. Miho is 100% metal and she will be missed.
Yes, Miho is metal 100%.
@@gatograto 🤘🏻👑🐺
Break The Wall ... cop with Miyako-san... she headbang 10x more 😁😁🤘🏻🐺
Miho composed "Thunder Veangeance" around early spring 2019, coming up with the riff after watching Slayer at Download festival Japan on March 21 🤘
MIHO !!! MIHO !!! MIHO !!!
Miho :(
Lovebites is not your typical Thrash Metal band to me. Thats how i see them. Love to see them open for a major metal act like one of the remaining Big Four in the states.
Yeah Id like to see something like that
Because they do a lot of Power Metal to, I think that a tour with Iron Maiden would work really well.
Really Nice!!!🤘🤘🤘🎸⚡
Hard blast start, thats Lovebites. hype the crowd. Wait for their come back..💪👍thanks bro
great reaction.
Thank you!
Awesome song, awesome reaction bro
Yes I agree and Thank you!
These girls are to me the perfect definition what old- school-metal is to me...brings me back to the roots
They make everything seem so effortless, they are some insanely talented musicians!!!
When they chose white outfits, which could be said to be a heresy in the metal scene, they decided to become "Lone Wolves". Since then, the wolf has become the symbol of LOVEBITES.
Also, the opening five-pointed star hints at their third full-length album, Electric Pentagram, which was released a month before this live concert. At the concert, they mainly played songs from this album.
I really dig the outfits and the whole look they go with I think its awesome!!!
LYRICS - Lyricist: Miho Composer: Miho & Mao
Gods of vengeance
Standing in the nightmare
The peal of thunder broke me and more
When losing my eye
The days will pass before me
A faded memory of what used to be
Death by oblivion (Do it)
Deadly criterion (Do it)
Flames of despair burning
My blood is boiling inside me
Death by oblivion (Do it)
Deadly criterion (Do it)
Inner enraged demon is becoming me
Here come days of revenge
Until the day the light can reach into my blind eye
Lost in the rage
These scars are here to tell me that I'm still alive
Into the blackness
Don't reveal weakness
Hiding my curses, pay off an old grudge
Forgotten feelings, other than resentment
Don't even mind giving others pain
Damn the redemption (Do it)
Drowning confusion (Do it)
Doom filled with righteous indignation
Where's my salvation?
Damn the redemption (Do it)
Drowning confusion (Do it)
Does my life have meaning?
Am I a speck of dust?
I've got blood on my hands
I want to claw and tear you, rip apart your name
Die in the sands
Your sins will never be erased or washed away
Beaten down but the hatred's growing
Rotten pain that is never healing
Only I can end my suffering
I won't kneel down because of yesterday
Gods of vengeance
Standing in the nightmare
The peal of thunder broke me and more
When losing my eye
The days will pass before me
A faded memory of what used to be
Death by oblivion (Do it)
Deadly criterion (Do it)
Flames of despair burning
My blood is boiling inside me
Death by oblivion (Do it)
Deadly criterion (Do it)
Inner enraged demon is becoming me
Here come days of revenge
Until the day the light can reach into my blind eye
Lost in the rage
These scars are here to tell me that I'm still alive
Blood on my hands
I want to claw and tear you, rip apart your name
Die in the sands
Your sins will never be erased or washed away
Awesome, thank you!!!
Here's one I believe you will love where Miyako and Midori not only harmonize during the solo they harmonize while double tapping together. Lovebites Signs of Deliverance ua-cam.com/video/o6oVfCzruHQ/v-deo.html
That sounds pretty kick ass, I will have to check it out!!!
Hell yeah, SoD is epic soloing. Great recommendation!
@@TheKillogicEffect you won't regret it ]:)
What a way to open a concert. Straight up in your face!! Great reaction.
Miyako & Midori and the best lead guitar duo going today, if not ever. I hope they grow old together.
Would love you to react to my all time favorite song(s) by my all time favorite band. It's the opening of the encore set of this concert, The Awakening/The Hammer of Wrath: ua-cam.com/video/otJZPUCwyOM/v-deo.html
Cool, thank you, I will check it out!!!
Lovebites opening number is probably better than many bands closing song finale.
Lovebites are so good at weaving different metal and rock genres through their songs, as you will discover. To watch the lady's move around more have a look at Raise Some Hell: ua-cam.com/video/zamSQD0JUFk/v-deo.html&ab_channel=FilB.
Midori and Miyko learn and practice the guitar parts and then when they are fully competent they see if they can make it more complex and awesome.
Yeah thats one of the things I like about them so much is the way they mix genres so fluidly. Thank you I will check that out.
I so wish I'd been there. Great way to open a great live show. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🐺🐺
Lovebites, of course I love ti!
Check out their new bassist 20yr/o girl named FAMI, watch her play bass in her FAMI channel..
you should do winds of transylvania or shadowmaker next or even better both 😂 you’ll love them both.
Thank you I'll check those out!
Miho Miho Miho!
🤘😤🤘
Bloody Lovebites 🐺 I love'em
Hell yes, knew you'd love it! You should try a MV and I recommend Shadowmaker ua-cam.com/video/Brmoln5Gxus/v-deo.html, they were a few years younger (2017) and the speed of this power metal riff is just unstoppable with unreal solos and double kick. The MV was re-released on their YT channel 6mos ago. Keep it going bro, it's awesome watching you do the Lovebites journey!! 🐺🤘
Awesome, thanks, I will check that out!!!
Awesome song! I actually love playing this on bass cause it goes HARD. Respect to Miho for fingertstyling this song at 225bpm as a show opener! You really need some solid warmup to play this!
As for other things to react to, please check out Saiseiga - "Ride On" and if you like some more doomy stuff, check out BlackLab - "Abyss Woods" :)
I can imagine it would be fun to play, thank you I will check those out
@@TheKillogicEffect great! :) Looking forward to it!

Every day I watch reactions. Every day I see people talking about how fucking awesome the band is. Yet every day I still find what they do jaw dropping. I’ve never gone this deep with any band. Individuals, yes, I think Ritchie Blackmore is God. But his angels are most definitely Lovebites, and as a band they are literally perfection, in every respect. When they introduced Fami I was close to tears. I know that this is only a fraction of what they are capable of and I cannot wait to hear what they bring next. For a complete change of pace, please check out Lovebites “Epilogue” ua-cam.com/video/JIAJYBuuKGM/v-deo.html
Such an amazing band fore sure, thank you I will check that out
Awesome review of yours. Looking forward to your next reaction to Lovebites. You'd better try their Painkiller Judas Priest cover ua-cam.com/video/ivJXmOVsFaA/v-deo.html. It is the best Painkiller cover, you can easily imagine, although It's a studio recorded audio track.
As Terry Pratchett would have said - "its metal music with rocks in it" 😂😂 Now that you seen the show opener you must check out the encore opener -
The Awakening/Hammer of Wrath (Live 2020) ua-cam.com/video/otJZPUCwyOM/v-deo.html
Great author, Thank you I will check that out for sure!!!

@@TheKillogicEffect It's for you to enjoy. 🤟
Great , this Ladies arent they? will miss Miho, but lets see how new Baselines sound.
As mentioned otherplace i not really like most of the Asian Bands , but they are so real, who wont love them, if metal is ones Choice. Saw them in Aschaffenburg( who of you Folks even know where this is:D?), and because of the Club Setting, and how they embraced it with the Crowd(if you wanna call it that, i doubt we were more then 300:D). They had played Wacken and Bloodstock at this point, so they already know how big STages work in Europe, and didnt hesitate to storm an much more intense and smaller Venue(ua-cam.com/video/LyRsACwvunU/v-deo.html)
Great recap go along with almost everything you mentioned!
STay Healthy
NWA Bavaria North
They can put on an awesome show thats for sure!!! Thank you!
Great -I can't stop watching them. On the money--"metal and rock". I am drawn to them because as an old Fillmore east guy Hendrix-Who-Zeppeiun etc. some of this at times has that heavy driving rock sound as well. The combo sets them apart and has a unique sound to it BTW-that wasn't Fami yet--I got a good enough look-forget the name of the bass here but she started the group with the drummer and then left. Fami is more talented but not the "heasdbanger" stage presence this bassist has.
POWER METAL???
"Thunder Vengeance" closer to thrash metal
🤘
