My observations are that Sara is the fastest walker in all of Italy and when she drives, she owns the road including the other lane. I am used to the realtors featuring the Italian properties to talk throughout and it is refreshing to just have a bit of silence to take in the sounds of nature and not be distracted. This city has an incredible amount of charm. The drive to it is enchanting. But the house is not easy to reach, and the town offers endless stairs. This is not an easy life. How on earth does someone get furniture in and out? The house has many charming elements, but it needs some loving attention. The views are spectacular. The price seems high, considering the challenges.
Where did you park your car ?? How many steps to the front door. ? Lovely home. Great for cats & dogs. And lots of tomato plants.

It is a very, very nice house but very innaccessible. To many stairs to get to the house.
It's not so bad. The stairs are low and easy to do. It's just a walk from the main square! There is a car park just below the garden.

Appreciate the tour but would take the same amount of cash$$ to sort the place out.
The lifestyle looks very attractive though. The rooms looke a little "Fuherbunkerish"... Love watching these though..
