I watch several excavation channels. Aaron, Jerry, Matt, Farmer Chris and DP make for an enjoyable hour or so every other day. MIKE, you are the best operator/ mechanic on UA-cam .
I like watching g this channel, good content, good innovation & what is done, with what Mike has is excellent. Keep the videos coming, please, so I can keep watching. Good to see people doing things sometimes different.
Mike you never cease to amaze. The muddy conditions and you're still able to make things look great.Spend as much time as you can because they grow up so fast. Please say a prayer for a 5 year old girl who is battling cancer in the Cincinnati Hospital. Her name is Ava Rigney. Thanks and God Bless You All.
The ONLY reason for a chainsaw on that Hickory tree was to saw it up so you could save the wood for smoking meat 🙂 It's getting closer and closer to those summer cook outs and that Hickory might come in handy ;-) Nice work Mr DP!!!
Thanks for sharing your videos, great progress made. No apologies needed for no chainsaw. You and LD18 have always amazed me with your skill to use the excavator as an extension of your hand and simply tear, wad up, and crumple large trees as if they were twigs fallen out of a tree. I’m confident that if my mom was still with us, as a long-standing twig collector for the wood stove she also would of been a fan of the channel. Looking forward to seeing how things turn out. That is an amazing spring coming out of the hill. Depending on how often it runs I’d probably want you to try and sneak a millpond in between the hill and road for a small micro hydro plant. There’s a company in Alaska that has quite a nice selection available on line. Wishing you and your family the best.
Mike, don't apologize for showing good, hard work in any condition, much less during the mud season. I like clearing videos and this one was sweet. I have to say I loved the time lapse at the end of the video, which showed the scope of the work done. Oh, and when it comes to your safety, you are the expert and sole arbiter of what constitutes that. Thanks so much for sharing this with us all. Love being on the journey with you.
You asked what we thought about this video. I loved it. It reminds me of the times I simply take a day, to go thru the shop and put every tool in its place and simply clean up. What you did behind the building made the place look like a million bucks! And, the new and up coming road will be a great improvement for the landowner. Thanks, Mike! Lee
That is one angry Hyundai. Sycamore, Hickory, no contest. ❤ Thanks for the outro summary. Just a lil Sunday stroll in the woods for Mr. Simon. Forget about it.!
What works for one does not necessarily work for another - good to hear you say why you manage tree felling the way you do. This project is giving you a challenge to which you meet head on and succeed. Cleanup looks tidy and the future for that area will be interesting to see. This is a great project overall.
Watching from Canada 🇨🇦. Mike, watching that 210 on the hickory tree, reminded me of a scorpion dismantling its prey, limb by limb. Great job Mike, always a pleasure to watch a professional at work. Enjoy your day!
I really appreciate your 210, it has amazing breakout force and how smooth you operate. When you work alone like you have been lately. You still get a lot done but you use caution to not get into bad situations from becoming complacent. Keep up the good work Mike and hopefully Arron is back soon helping you. Hope Arron is doing well.
You don't have to apologize for your videos. I enjoy watching your videos no matter how long or short they are. One thing about it after the rain you can see what needs to be done with the area to keep the ground from being flooded. Thanks for the video
The best part of watching your channel is seeing the ugly duckling turn into that beautiful swan! BTW it seems like you get a lot more done when MBTS isn't there!
I saw a convoy of 3 enormous custom(?) lowboy trailers moving a disassembled Volvo EC 480 today. I think there were a total of 6 vehicles involved. Kinda cool seeing the stick and boom (if that’s what you call that part) filling up a HUGE lowboy trailer. The third lowboy was full of buckets and accessories. This was in central North Carolina (just west of Raleigh) so I looked to see if it had any Let’s Dig 18 stickers on it 😂 I instantly thought you’d like seeing that deal.
The biggest takeaway from watching Mike , Chris , Arron, Matt etc work is that there's a solution to doing what you want with a piece of property. Or at the very minimum, it gives you an idea of what can be done and you can then ask the question when consulting with your earth moving contractor. ❤🙏🏼 Stay safe out there
🇮🇪☘️🇺🇸 hey Mike standing ovations 👏 See this video shows your TRUE GRIT -few men- owners or not have the fortitude- inner strength -courage- to turn thier collars up pull brims down & put thier shoulders into the wynd . Warriors Code ! Beautiful work Mike - inspiring! Blessings 🌹🙏🏼
Mike, you created a great video on a miserable day. You made progress on this project and I'm looking forward to when you're back to finish it. It's going to turn out awesome! Thanks for sharing your videos.
I appreciate the “just another day in the life of an excavator” videos. Further proof that not every day is glitz and glamor. It also continues to show your dedication to your customers and your commitment to the finished product.
Think you have done a fantastic job clearing out the side of the small mountain and making the road drain out some. Think you and Aaron have done a fantastic job avoiding the even better-looking pine trees. Have been following your channel for quite some time now and some of the things you do really make watching you how dangerous it seems to be a beautiful job. Can't wait to see how you're going to handle the new road you're putting in.
I Like it DP!. Its amazing how much you got done despite the conditions. Noted a Small Business Owner works when others don't to get the job done. Admire your dedication.
Actually, was a great video. I learned a cool delimbing technique using the excavator to hold the truck while you pluck of the limbs. Neat scheme. Considering the muddy mess, you tidied it up nicely. Will sure help in the dry out process. Thanks Mike.
Two thumbs up Mike!? There is nothing mundane about this video. Really liked the time lapse near the end where you went over the clearing of the area. Made it a lot clearer as to the before and after condition. Thanks for sharing your continued hard work!
I know this is the history channel but.... that spring with a nice catch basin at its foot and a pipe to an area with a big hole in the ground would be a nice pond.
You do a very good job making a interesting video Mike ! Always look forward to coming home after turning wrench's all day to relax and have dinner watching your video's !!
Hi dirt perfect I have been watching your channel for quite a few years each time it reminds me of a dinosaur eating and with the comic off cider you have an entertaining program. But your friend let's dig 18 is like a ballerina intends to put me to sleep but both of you have excellent communication skills so all I can say to both of you is thank you for entertaining me over the years
It’s coming together, the property is looking oh so much better, I think your plan for drainage on the property is going to work well. It’s a process, plan the plan, execute the plan, keep moving forward toward completion. Thank you for the update, appreciate your videos Mike, great content.
Mike, when (if?) you do a review video on this dozer, could you park it in between your 850’s just for comparison please. Sometimes, it just looks like you could mount the blade from that on the undercarriage of the Hyundai 210…and it would fit 😂
Mike another great video, a big TKU to you and Chris for show casing Ryan's operation MrDigg and giving his channel the opportunity to grow, you guys are truely awesome ppl for giving his channel the shot in the arm it needed 💖🇨🇦👍
was a enjoyable 40 min sometimes it just seeing something amazing getting done! the time laps of the whole job was cool as it showed a fast before and after. hope you had an enjoyable evening have fun
Tried to find the original, but only found is history of good memories. :) What a muddy mess, but it is the beginning. :) Thank you and have a good week.
Mike, you and that 210 completely amazes me in every video. As for the chainsaw and being by yourself that is a no Brainerd. Anybody that has done both knows it is much safer doing it your way. One wrong move with chainsaw you could bleed out before anybody could get to you. You and Arron do Fantastic work in every video. Wish I was that smart when I was young.
I can just imagine a big brush pile, the MBTS, a couple bails of straw, some of his secret sauce, and a leaf blower. Nothing like a big fire to raise your spirits on a rainy damp day. Or maybe getting a big check in the mail. All in all I enjoy watching you turn a mess into an unmess.
Looks great Mike, hopefully you’ll get your help back soon? I’m waiting to see more on your farm project and the modifications on the big bucket you picked up for the Hyundai 210? Your video was fine Mike, I enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing, Louisiana sending prayers and positive vibes to you and your family my friend! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸✌🏻🙋🏼
Who needs a chain saw when you have a grip saw? Some projects just won't go away. Things like weather, not enough help, equipment break downs, and added requests by the customer make finish dates & pay dates s t r e a t c h out & almost never end. Keep on keeping on!
To heck with the chainsaw when you can sit in that comfy cab and wreak havoc with the 210. I have a lowly 9 ton Takeuchi which can't do that. I'm just a tad bit jealous to say the least.
Good morning, Mike, Your a one man band , who needs help when your their. Sure does look good! Take care, and stay safe,Keep on Smiling, Wanda In N E Corner of Ok. Bartlesville,Ok.
For the conditions you had to work in ,I believe you accomplished quite a bit of work.good video, good job.just continue on doing what you do best.be safe 😎😎😎👍👍👍
Great content Mike. Always enjoyable really. While watching your stuff, I have NEVER once felt you were milking it for content. And i will say there are one or two others I watch I definitely say that about, a lot, haha. Be well!
I watch several excavation channels. Aaron, Jerry, Matt, Farmer Chris and DP make for an enjoyable hour or so every other day. MIKE, you are the best operator/ mechanic on UA-cam .
I'll agree he conquers everything in front of with quality
Matt’s been busy building the most expensive stairwell in Derby for the past several months 😂
What other channels do you watch? Curious if there ones I know about and follow or should be maybe.
@alanbierhoff6831 that's good for those who like his videos

I already miss MBTS. He’s like that best friend that makes you sick when you can’t see him 😢
and we been missing Jerry too!
You had your chainsaw there,it saves your back and you get to seat down when useing it. looks like fun.
I like watching g this channel, good content, good innovation & what is done, with what Mike has is excellent. Keep the videos coming, please, so I can keep watching. Good to see people doing things sometimes different.
Never Apologise for your videos Mike they are great entertainment and education !!! Thanks for the share mate 👌🍺
Just another dirtperfect awesome job.

Great vid! Love the music at the 35min mark.
Impressive progress in those conditions 👍
Sometimes you just gotta do what you you gotta do! Keep on keeping on.😊

Nothing boring about this one good job Mike you should have got Matt to come help you out on Sunday Lol

Here you go ☕ Good morning and nice job
I've been watching 4 years now ! As always enjoy it with morning coffee !
I enjoyed video of you working alone. Safety first, no chainsaw needed. 200 Series handled tough work. Love time lapse.
The time lapse at the end was more satisfying .
Playing in the mud is always an adventure. Thank you for another great video. Cheers
A day in the life of Dirt Perfect! Always enjoy watching how you go about to get the best results for the customer.
I really appreciate your 210, it has amazing breakout force and how smooth you operate. When you work alone like you have been lately. Chain Saw?...you don't need no stinkin chain saw............now matches would be a good idea.😁 Thanks for the video Mike.
You don't have to apologize for your videos. I enjoy watching your videos no matter how long or short they are. One thing about it after the rain you can see what needs to be done with the area to keep the ground from being flooded. Thanks for the video
I’ve been away from most heavy equipment for so long as I age and just listening to the equipment work is so satisfying. Thank you
The best part of watching your channel is seeing the ugly duckling turn into that beautiful swan! BTW it seems like you get a lot more done when MBTS isn't there!
It's entertaining watching it in "time lapse" the excavator seems to come alive. I like it !!
A great solo day of work besides it being a soggy mess .. appreciate you taking us along😎🇺🇸⛈️🚜🛠️😇🙏
Nice video as always Mike. Watching machines work in the dirt is never boring at least in my opinion. This job is coming together.
You sir, are like a surgeon with that excavator
That brush pile will make a nice shooting back stop
I saw a convoy of 3 enormous custom(?) lowboy trailers moving a disassembled Volvo EC 480 today.

Sometimes you have no option but to work on a day you don't normally work when weather is against you
I'm glad you did this vid. It details how a project evolves. In the fact that there is always small parts and obstacles that need to be addressed.
Actually, was a great video. I learned a cool delimbing technique using the excavator to hold the truck while you pluck of the limbs. Neat scheme. Considering the muddy mess, you tidied it up nicely. Will sure help in the dry out process. Thanks Mike.
MBTS i miss u
Oh geez
👍 Good job. Still amazes me watching those machines eat ..... and then toss their meal.
Two thumbs up Mike!? There is nothing mundane about this video. Really liked the time lapse near the end where you went over the clearing of the area. Made it a lot clearer as to the before and after condition. Thanks for sharing your continued hard work!
MM77 Approved 👍🏼👍🏼
You work good by yourself but we still miss Arron!!
Great content as usual. Mike you don't need to change anything. Greetings from Texas Hill Country.
I know this is the history channel but....
that spring with a nice catch basin at its foot and a pipe to an area with a big hole in the ground would be a nice pond.

Another good vid Mike. Think I would dig some kind of creek bed and let that natural spring water run down to the property.
Keep on fighting. You are doing a great job Mr Dirt Perfect.
I honestly thought this was a great video! I really appreciate a good timelapse and this was one of my favorite
Mike, when (if?) you do a review video on this dozer, could you park it in between your 850’s just for comparison please.
Sometimes, it just looks like you could mount the blade from that on the undercarriage of the Hyundai 210…and it would fit 😂
You're a pilot, pile some up here and pile some up there!
Mike another great video, a big TKU to you and Chris for show casing Ryan's operation MrDigg and giving his channel the opportunity to grow, you guys are truely awesome ppl for giving his channel the shot in the arm it needed 💖🇨🇦👍
Judging by what you did with the excavator on those trees, you've probably "forgot" your chainsaw more than once or twice. Nice work.
Howdy Mr. Dirt, You did a great job performing "mud-magic"! Looking good! Thumbs up! Stay warm & safe! Jim
Miss the little one.👍
Pretty cool watching you tear that tree apart! 😮
was a enjoyable 40 min sometimes it just seeing something amazing getting done! the time laps of the whole job was cool as it showed a fast before and after. hope you had an enjoyable evening have fun
Tried to find the original, but only found is history of good memories. :) What a muddy mess, but it is the beginning. :) Thank you and have a good week.
Hay DP, You really need to stop underestimating the power of the Hyundai 210.😂😂
I guess you showed that hickory tree who was boss! I love your videos. See you on the next one.
Mike, you and that 210 completely amazes me in every video. As for the chainsaw and being by yourself that is a no Brainerd. Anybody that has done both knows it is much safer doing it your way. Still made for great viewing bro. Safe travels. Ken.
Always fun to warch you playing im the mud then having MBS cleaning up your messy equipment...
Gotta work in between the raindrops. This has been a great series to watch. Thanks for sharing DP!
It never ceases to amaze me of the dexterity you have and show with that Hyundai machine. Nice job ! Art 👍👏😊🇨🇦
Really enjoyed the time-lapse that pulled together all of the activity for the day, Mike! Nice touch I thought.
Looking good DP 👍🏻
A little déjà vu with music added. Very cool editing.
Just like I said 👏👏👏👏 may not be action packed Mike, certainly quieter.🤣
The 210 is a beast Mike. Thanks again!!!!!
I enjoyed watching the Hyundai wrestle with the big hickory trees..
Loved the instant replay at the near end. It give us nice veiw of the job

You need the theme song from Dudley Do Right for time lapse segments !!!😂😂😂
Good morning Mike❤
If you wind up keeping that dozer you should get it a rake
