In order for a claim to succeed it must persuade the reviewer that it has merit. Poorly expressed claims, at best, cause delay in obtaining an award and at worst will escalate the matter to a costly and time-consuming dispute. Poorly expressed responses and determinations will have similar consequences and may even place the Employer in breach of contract. Learn the essential information that should be included and how it should be presented so as to present a compelling case.

Good evening Mr. Andy,
Great presentation
i would like to ask you for a claim dispute and i need your feedback please,
the contract is a lumpsum contract - General conditions under Fidic Red Book 1999 , we should supply the steel in a certain duration but the Employer had change the design of the raft which taken around 2 months delay,
the Cause is the Raft redesign
the Effect is that the steel prices had been increased due to the delay
the entitlement (actually the contract is a lumpsum contract but the delay beyond our control and the employer had a benefit for such redesign but we loss a lot of money)
i believe that the unforeseeable physical condition clause cannot considered in that case as its not a physical case, but i need your help to give me another supported clause which can be rely on it.
