Good evening ma'am Your explanation is tooo good and upto the point But, Ma'am there are many things that were mentioned in the question paper like His wife was not at all accepting for respite care but anyhow she said yes for that care Next is there were multiple home visits of a nurse so in each visit she noticed and got to know there were many problems like jude injured his left hand while cutting vegetables. His wife sleeps more and she is also too much irritated as well as jude.

It's not a small casenote.As I mentioned in the live,it's just the gist or core points of the case note that we collected from students who wrote the exam on that day.As oet doesn't release official question papers,it's not practically possible to bring the exact/real ones.Dfntly,the real one contains sufficient info to satisfy the word count.
