The hand-held grid spacing guide is such a goooood idea! I've always seen people do it on actual pages of their journals and I always thought it a little bit silly bcs I thought that you would end up constantly flipping the pages between your guide and the actual page you're doing and end up counting the dots bcs it'd be less of a hassle lmao 😭 But the hand-held guide is great, and the idea of using the first wonky page of the journal is so good! I might use it for my journal too, thank you for the inspiration ❤
ahhh thank you 🤍 I just realised that I didn't explain much about the hand-held guide and you nailed it! I also think it can be used as a "ruler" if I need to start counting from the middle of the page, and I can just align it to wherever I want to start counting and know the number of grids at a glance ☺

Hi! I printed that out 😃 but it can be created with a mechanical label maker like the Motex label maker too 🤍

does the pen bleed through the paper at all? seems like it doesn't! i have the midori diary right now, but you inspired me to get the dot grid!
no bleeding but the darker pens will ghost quite a bit 👻 I just put up an unwrapping and pen test vid on my channel for this journal and the A6 grid!
