    Great video! I enjoyed you're pictures and that you dropped some additional information about pitfalls in protein expression and workarounds at the end. :) Structure was nice and comprehensible and you presented it with humor and self confidence. For me personally there were a bit to many repetitions, but i think for someone new in this field, that's very accommodating. The only thing I have to mention is, that on most slides it was way to much text presented at once. So maybe (for your future talks) you could reveal this information one by one as you go through it. This way you prevent people from reading continuously instead of listening to you :)
    I have one final question: Is it common for you to use walking pads in your lab? :D

    Have you read findings on how codon-specific Ramachandran plots show amino acid backbone conformation depends on identity of the translated codon? How can this impact translation efficiency with utilizing synonymous codons?
