Yes exactly I had figured this point many years ago. The name can also be sign based not just planet placed there. My 7H is Leo my husbands name Rajan (king). My son also Aquarius ascendant so his 7H also Leo his wife’s name Kanika (golden or even wheat). Both these are very typical representations of Leo sign
