Hi I love your video. You did an amazing job with your costume. I am going to start mike. Thank you for sharing your ideas with us. Would you mind sharing how you dyed the burlap and also what type of paint was that you used for the gloves. It looked like chalk but I’ve never used it. Thank you again 🤗
How come the mask was all of a sudden light blue before you put the epoxy one. I'm making one of my own, and was just curious about that detail you missed
TOADIE TEN Productions hi! So the first picture (grey) is the 3D model I ordered, but somehow the one I received was blue! But it’s the same thing. I hope that help! & Good luck with your costume :)
Thanks! I used a staple gun to create 3 “hangers” (top, left, right) to attach ropes, and knot those 3 ropes right at the back of the head (the top rope is to help support the weight of the mask). You can also glue foam inside around nose/mouth for confort
I'll definetly be using this video as reference for making my own costume, thank you so much. Is the fabric material you use for the hat and shoes just a cut up burlap sack?
What kind of fabric did you use for the shirt, gloves, and pants? I don't know much about clothing, but I wanna say linen I'd hate to get the wrong thing.
Hey! It’s burlap fabric, it’s most often found in natural color but you can find some colored one. (Or you can dye it yourself with fabric dyes or acrylics)
Shaina's Sights it was not easy, and not very stable I have to say. First thing, I made it tight, then, as the top “knot” is heavy I tried to keep ithe weight on the top of the head. I didn’t need it, but My next try would have been to strap it to the forehead or down to the jaw with a large elastic band- hope it helps!
I think it’s just a lighting change since it’s filmed in another location with a different camera. The shirt and shoes are more “brick/dark orange” than red in real life
TOADIE TEN Productions if you like making stuff using all kind of mediums it’s not too difficult! But it did take me a few months..! (working after work and weekends only)
Why doesent have more attention this is the best skull kid costume I have ever seen this is mind blowing
thumb tack Thanks so much! I’m pretty new at making cosplay (and videos!) I hope to post more soon. I’m glad you enjoyed it!

I wanna buy the mask from u lol. U earned a sub. U should have way more

How do u make to attach the mask to ur face? Nice work!

Has anyone been able to find a cheaper alternative to the epoxy? It's so expensive, but it looks so good!
What kind of fabric did you use for the shirt, gloves, and pants? I don't know much about clothing, but I wanna say linen I'd hate to get the wrong thing.
Hello! the shirt and the pant are made of burlap (as well as the cover for the hat) - and the gloves are heavy cotton
What kind of fabric did you use for the short and shoes?
Hey! It’s burlap fabric, it’s most often found in natural color but you can find some colored one. (Or you can dye it yourself with fabric dyes or acrylics)
Hello, how do you manage to see with the mask? In convention it must be complicated
It is not easy :) But the pupils. nostrils and the lower eye corners are holes, so you can see well enough to move around
The metal wires will keep the cardboard up cuz am almost done with my skull kid cosplay but when I added a strip to the hat it just fell🤣😭
Uff I need this xD
How do you see out of it
How did you get your hat to sit so far back on your head? I am really struggling with that right now in my build!
Shaina's Sights it was not easy, and not very stable I have to say. First thing, I made it tight, then, as the top “knot” is heavy I tried to keep ithe weight on the top of the head. Hey so how come when you where making the shirt and shoes they looked brown but in the final picture they look red
I think it’s just a lighting change since it’s filmed in another location with a different camera. The shirt and shoes are more “brick/dark orange” than red in real life
Ok thank you
what is the name of the fabric you used?
It's called "burlap"!
JUST GIVE ME ITTTTTT AAAAAAA
How was the mask made?
Cómo se hace la parte verde del cuello? 😅
Where’d you get the wooden looking rings from?
AmiyaRose you can get them from Amazon, look for “ wooden curtain rings” (the smallest size) ;)
Is it really that easy to make all this, or did you just make it look easy
TOADIE TEN Productions if you like making stuff using all kind of mediums it’s not too difficult! But it did take me a few months..! (working after work and weekends only)
Take my money
The mask is 3d printed?
yes! the base is, then covered by the apoxy
Man wish i had the ability to 3d print things haha
Hey how much would you charge for one these costumes for a kid by May 16? if you need the bodysuit size it's be for an 11 year old.
Can you please give me that :(
