Thanks fren, Kotsuyu is constantly coming up with mischievous ideas that keep us on our toes😱💦 While climbing the stairs is fine, the second floor doesn’t have air conditioning and gets quite hot, so he keeps coming back down quickly. We hope he learns soon!!!🥹✨Haha

However, I wonder if new viewers might not find the footage of a stationary rabbit interesting. The floor is plywood. I chose it based more on color than material, as I didn’t have strong preferences for flooring. Your questions are excellent. I now understand more about the situation in Canada🇨🇦. In Japan, property tax is not levied on residents; it’s paid by the condominium owners. For single-family homes, I am responsible for paying it. Japan has various tax exemption systems due to the economic downturn, but they’re not automatic and require paperwork. There are so many such systems, and it’s quite tedious, especially the housing loan deductions where you have to send a lot of documents to the tax office... I don’t want to remember it! I also have a lot to talk about, but I realized there's no topic about rabbits. Sorry, Kotsuyu, Haha. BIG HUGHUGHUG!!!
