Discovering the Historic Ruins of Burg Drachenfels in the Palatinate Forest

Today we are back in the Palatinate Forest and this time we check out Burg Drachenfels a castle ruin near the village of Busenberg within the German half of the Wasgau region. Because of the many castles, castle ruins and amazing trails this is one of my favorite regions for hiking.
