This beast is still playing (started a bit late this season) and still scoring goals. Actually just scored in the most recent game.

I love how he’s still playing professional hockey just in the Czech league in his 50s now

I remember watching Jagr while he was with the Rangers, and he was such a beast. There was no question that I knew he was skilled before that time, but seeing him play in person, you saw his strength. Guys, who normally liked to check, would look sheepish when about to hit Jagr. Of course, this was because trying to knock him off the puck was not easy. Many would try and just kind of bounce off him.
But poke checking him was also not easy. He was so strong and skilled, and he just worked and worked. That seems to have paid off, but I also understand from some recent comments he would like to retire, but if he does so, his team would suffer financially because he brings in fans.

Prob the toughest to take off the puck ever, it’s amazing that he’s still playing, we’ll see how much longer he can go!

My favourite Jagr story was when some girl he slept with tried blackmailing him. She wanted him to pay her money or she’d expose him to his “wife” (that he didn’t have). Bahaha he said to the media yep I banged her and sent her on her way. What a legend.

Hello. He wears it as a reminder of the Warsaw pact armies invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968. It was a year when lot's of 'stuff' went in to the shitter for many Czechs and Slovaks, also the economy of the whole country etc. There are alot of details, but let's leave it at that. :)

Year of invasion. 1968, Warsaw Pact invaded Czechoslovakia and his grandfather died in some relation to the invasion.

Because of Russian invasion of Czechoslovakia in august 1968 what great person! He was not even born when it happened. Good luck to Jaromir for whatever he does and his team Kladno.
