@Adrian, ha ha ha , to true in karate its known as kingeri ( groin kick ) I always teach my female karateka if a man dares to attack you to hit, strike, punch, kick, karate chop his balls multiple times with maximum force hitting through the target area smashing his balls to a bloody pulp, hopefully ending up in his throat chocking, and just for fun deliver empi to his spine with a loud KIAI, just one of many reasons us women take up karate ! an excellent form of self defence for us girls, give it a go ladies the benefits are unbelievable oss x
