You will always be in lead if your parents are doctors there is no doubt about it rest who start from scratch should keep in mind you need to be very patient with your success you are here for a test match of 10-15yrs to make name fame and good money until grind hard. Most importantly no need to compare just don't compare your income to your peers.

It depends on personal skills...all branches r equally important ....earning depends on skills...I have seen a lot of super specialists r struggling to get patients....so one thing one should keep in mind in super speciality branches no of PT also decreases ....& PT load z alwys more in rural & town areas....so it depends on the area where u want to practice....but m suggestion go to a branch where u have passion bcz all branches r excellent u can earn from any if u have skills....don't choose a branch where u have no interest or else u will suffer through the rest of ur life

Great info ! 👍 Only one point I differ with you on. Ophthalmology is not saturated at all. Quite the opposite. Plenty of demand for Ophthalmologists now. That's why so many corporate eye chains like ASG, Center for Sight, Vasan, Eye-Q, Aggarwal Eye Hospital, Sharp Sight etc are continuously expanding even in tier-2 and tier-3 cities in India.
Mbbs is tough as hell unless you study regularly for the next 10 years, which involves both undergraduate and postgraduate. Becoming a neurologist is very tough. One of the most demanding seats currently in india And mostly those who completed mbbs , they usually don't prefer neurology.
@Sam sp nope.. Ai can't even pick up the basics of radiology... And if ai does still you would need some professional to place a hallmark on the report and verify it... Because medicine involves people and it's a high-risk job.. Second, you can watch doctors in the radiology field working on developing new methods and discovering the effects of radiation on the human body... These things are r&d which is never to be replaced by ai without the involvement of professionals in that area.. Aeroplanes have autopilot.. So why do we need pilots? Because the machine does fail and if they do they can't think like humans... Radiology is r&d type branch.. Most corporate hospitals have r&d in radiology... Be it 15 years or 100 .. Ai replacing anything which involves a responsibility factor for someone's life is fairyland tales.. Ai can't even replace drivers.. Let alone someone who is professional and knows radiology physics and lots of deep stuff...

I had interest in CTVS but after listening to ur video I m deeply saddened as no where u have mentioned About the branch and it's importance or demand. I think I should revise my interest towards some other branch
i wud request u to go with what brings interest in u…. i have seen phenomenal ctvs surgeons in my career… though d charm is bit dim but there is no place where there is no demand of CTVS surgeon….. go for it if u wish to
stay away from ctvs. There are no patients, ctvs has been left redundant by cardiology.

Top people of every branch earns money and prestige but common pattern is different my friend.. MEDICINE IS EVERGREEN BRANCH and with DM in any super speciality is most attractive now a days than surgery..mch neurosurgery is way behind my dear friend in hierarchy..

Pathology has a great career ahead. Many of my seniors are doing well enough. It's depend on your skill how good you will be. Don't waste time & go sincerely with this. 10 years later you will be happy 😊 for your decision.
