Not sure if you are gonna read this but i had to tell you... You have influenced my life so much! 2 years ago i weighed about 71 kilos... Supremely under confident! Then i came across your recipe for protein shakes.(adding banana and soy milk in a blender w protien powder). That was the start to my fitness journey and now I'm at that stage of my life that I follow clean eating and workout.
Its just not that, based on your recommendation i started taking bodywise gummies and it has done wonders! I experience minimal hairfall. All these things might sound normal but they were my biggest insecurities. You are the reason to get over my insecurities. The fact that a video of yours has changed my life so much is kinda unbelievable for me too. And now my mum is super obsessed w your channel as well that she's going to dubai for skydiving in the month of December cause she's now in a phase of YOLO! Hahahaha
