Thanks for the comment. We are always looking for good deals. We search Lowe's for clearance, wholesale house inventory reductions and everything in between. When we find something we can't pass up we buy, not just 1 but 100 pcs if possible. If the part won't rust or go bad then it's an investment. Sooner or later you will use it and buying 10 cents on the dollar is worth more than keeping all your money in the bank. If we sell everything in our warehouse (I wish) it would be like 1000% interest/profit.
