Up to the point where cooper brought Worrall on it was a solid performance and 3 points in the bag..
Dont know how many times I have to tell people but we need to take every game seriously. There is no such thing as a "potentially winnable game". All games should be winnable. We should be going to Liverpool next week trying to win the game don't just look at Burnley and Luton to get points, the team opposite will be thinking the exact same thing, they see us as "beatable" and will be disappointed to not get anything out the game against us.
Last season some teams turned up to our place thinking they'd win 3-0 easily without getting out of 1st gear. I feel at times we played that the way against Luton. Some teams thought last season they'd beat us at a canter, and we punished those teams that thought it was going to be easy last season and today it happened to us.
It felt a lot like Bournemouth last year where we went 2-0 up then imploded, the ground at times felt oddly quiet. Hope we learn from this and take all games seriously from now on.
Only positives I can take are we didn't lose it, I'm convinced there are many teams worse than us so we won't go down and Derby are in a massive meltdown following their loss.
Hope we can start turning these draws into wins because Nottingham forest have teams currently higher up the league that see us as "beatable" and just hope we punish them.

@@thomasgray5406look who we've beaten this season, Chelsea, Villa, Newcastle and Manchester United, teams many of the fans write off and hope we beat the likes of Luton, Burnley and Brentford. All games are winnable with the right mentality. If we turn up thinking we are not going to get anything out the game we may aswell not turn up
Played some lovely stuff and should have been out of sight, need more goals from midfield, woods did well, happy for him but there were far too many chances missed and then we didnt deal with the last 10 mins again. Cooper is trying to say that the lads he bought on should have been good enough to see out that game, but he massively underestimated the opponent and that is the reason why it fell apart. No excuses needed. The cooper out brigade can say what they like but it helps noone, not themselves or the team. We were cruising here but for 2 ridiculous mistakes, so lets all try and focus on thr positive changes, first game we have had 60% possession and 80% pass accuracy, youd argue that woods should have done better to stay onside and we win that 3-2. Luton just took their opportunity and we had plenty of those last season. Stay positive ❤ COYR

Sorry but this one feels like a loss. The subs Cooper made are horrible. Why change a central defender when you are two up? And the midfield looked absolutely stunning until the subs. And I dont buy players were jet lagged coming in from international duty like Cooper said after the game. Poor excuse when he should be the one taking full responsibility for missing out on three points. Wood was excellent and prooved he is a capable back up striker. Good game Woodsie!
He changed Boli because he's old and injury prone. He had been travelling to Africa and felt tired, if he leaves him on and he pulls a hamstring you same dicks would be whining that he had not subbed him. Forest should have scored 5 and their goals came from Serge slipping and worral being outmuscled.
Wood looks great up front with Elanga feeding him! On a good day he easily could’ve had 5 here!

Took me 3 whole days before I could watch these highlights back 😂 had plenty of good chances to put this game well to bed with some good performances, shame about the last 10 but overall lots of positives in that performance.

A lot of people complaining about the substitutions but their first goal comes from a petulant foul by MGW and then a massive error by Aurier from the delivery, where he ducked under the ball and flicked it on with the back of his head. That changed the momentum of the game. Worrall and Aina should deal with Adebayo of course, but that's not Steve Cooper's fault.
Totally agree. It's goals that change games and that first goal came from the free kick created by MGW deliberately taking down a Luton player. After the 1st goal Luton were fired up, whereas before that it was 3 points in the bag.

The Surprise was that it should have been buried early on. That has a negative effect. Unbelievable for a draw. We'd have lived this last years. Negative people should remember that. It's starting to gel very well.

We looked outstanding for so long. Massive progress in that regard. We cant let 10 minutes of madness get to us. Team and management still onnan upward curve. We'll learn from it and move on. COYR
Cooper's love fir Worrall kills us every time. Aurier is a liability every time and MGW just fannies about doing nothing.
If we hadn't conceded that last minute goal we'd be 9th, unbeaten at home since God knows when, and everyone would have absolutely snapped your hand off for that at the start of the season. Yet that one single error and goal has got people turning on the manager and talking about relegation. Oh the joys of being a football fan.

No the defence was shocking in first half and just became none existent towards the ends . Far too many missed shots by players . Only player that was great both half was elanga

Its a collective f up, 2.0 up 🤦♂️ at any level, low or top leagues, a key aspect is concentration
Missing easy chances, numerous responsible for that,
There were times we didnt have a next easy pass, triangles for instance constantly
Cooper arguably losing concentration when making certain subs which sometimes works but like this game its not good decision making
Mgw giving a silly free kick away, aurier mis judging and looked like he could of took it in the chest, worrall amongst others losing their man and looking lost when they scored
Worralls poor marking and lapse in concentration to deal with the ball, but great attacking play
Wood should easily be onside to make it 3-2, its such an important moment
All comes down to not keeping 100% focus, concentration at all times, 90 odd mins of not giving opponents opportunities to have the glory, we have quality but lacking the key ingredient consistently as not the first game where things should be different
Worrall obviously has quality otherwise he wouldnt be where he is but needs to mediate or something cos to many lapses and costing the team,
Well done to luton and just shows that in football, you should never give up, things can happen

No matter how many times this match is shown, Cooper still screwed up and lost the points. Totally out of his depth in the Prem. Get rid. Utter BS about Boly. Cooper threw him under a bus. Shameful that is.
I just feel bad for our players who put a lot of effort in to get the result only for this ego maniac to throw the game away at last minute. I'd be "picking up an injury" as often as I can to avoid having to play for him.
One substitution mistake by Cooper, and you give him the boot?!? What about all the substitutions he made that HAVE worked out? What about Cooper keeping Forest in the Premier League last year despite the endless neigh sayers? What about Cooper attracting some of the world's best talent? And creating a harmony and atmosphere like no other? Do these things count at all? Remember, no team is defined by a single result. If managers are fired for a single mistake, teams would have a new manager every week. No one is perfect, least of all football managers. Please have some patience - Cooper is the best thing that's happened for Forest in decades.
How many manager changes have actually worked for Forest in recent memory and worked long-term? It’s amazing to me how deluded some are to consider that change equates to improvement. Change, in Forest’s recent past has equated to chaos, almost always. Look at who went down last year, they all have management change in common. I will never understand why a manager can’t make mistakes in the eyes of some of our fans. This might be the first time I can remember him not being publicly accountable, but I feel absolutely certain he will be accountable in his own head, because that’s the character he is and he will learn, as he always has. Being on his back is just failing the club, we’ve tried club legends, we’ve tried managers with great CVs, we’ve tried managers with the exact formula we need at the given time, Cooper was the one who worked for us. This result was a stinker, but please see that the style of play is improving and these new players are still integrating. Results aren’t there yet, but the signs are good.

I felt ashamed of our fan base this weekend after all the abuse I’ve seen hurled around. I myself have been guilty of it in a reactive manner. But I just simply cannot comprehend how so many are selfish and entitled when it comes to Cooper. Apparently he should be immune to making mistakes to some of our fans. He’s a human being. I’ve seen Klopp make mistakes, Pep make mistakes, Sir Alex make mistakes… I’m sure even Mr Clough made a handful of them as well. So for anyone who is foolishly saying cooper out, just consider what you’re saying carefully and understand what the man has done for our club and perhaps understand that no one in this world is infallible
