“When dismounted he has to play more carefully.” Yes if by carefully you mean running at the enemy with your passive, getting four hits in, shotgunning them, and going back in praying your conquer stacks will heal you enough for skarll to come flying back or pray that the alacrity rune you put on will pull out for you.
WOAHHHHH WE'RE HALFWAYY THEREEEE WOAAAAAHHHH LIVIN ON A PRAYERthatkledwillremountwithoutdyingmidanimation TAKE MY HANDDD AND WE'LL MAKE IT I SWEARRRRR~
You can do that in 1v1 but still it's usually better to space auto with the extra range since you get more ms toward them and you can create space with your Q if they dash on you. In TF if you are dismounted and run in, the only way you survive is SG, Gargoyle and the enemy team been dumb enough to not focus you.
I think Kled is one of the most thematically complete champs next to Jhin. His kit works like how he acts, there is no thinking ahead in the moment. They are trespassing on your property and you need to introduce them to the pointy end of your spear. You don’t let off the gas once you’re in, cause you want revenge for them scaring off your cowardly mount. Basically you learn to be kled by playing kled enough, you feel that dialog, you own all sixty gazillion acres of this property. He might not be played much, but he is sure as hell fun to play.
honestly i feel the same about heimerdinger when i play him i just feel like a snarky smartpants when they go into my ult and my turrets and im at 10% health and i still know i will win it
When I play Katarina, I become a narcissist and think everyone on the enemy team are toys for me to go and kill. Her dialogue seems to fit with that. And when I’m bard I’m having a good time. I don’t care about anything and just want everyone to have fun, while doing shit no one understands. Since he talks in *bard noises* I’m guessing in lore its hard for anyone to understand his intent too.
Worst thing about playing Kled is that moment, when you stack all the courage and already see Skarl hurrying towards you... and die durind this 0.5 second. Why you can't get untargetable same as when dismounting is kinda beyond me But man, is Kled fun to play.
@@boldisordorin9010 its fking ridiculous how hard it is to unlock them. I remember it used to give you essence after every match, now they made it WORSE, by only giving you when you lvl up.
@@kdvr766 I dont mind grind, if it was like it used to be before. Where you got essence after every game. Not when you level up and its slower and slower to level up !
@@dnaseb9214 For me, I've been playing for years during the time when you only get BE from lvl ups - however, i only unlock the guys I am interested in/enjoy playing, and playing whoever i just unlocked is normally enough to carry me through that next level up. By now, I have literally everyone I love playing unlocked - except kled, who I made an account dedicated to lmao
There is one big thing I can say when playing Kled and that is what he says when you lock in “courage is unpredictable it’s total insanity you can rely on” really just shows his whole gameplay experience and his personality very well
Kled was my first & favorite champion. When i started playing League, i played him as he was the newest champion at the time, really like his crazy personality & the epic Noxian folk legends around him. It's always the best when your team found out how Kled ultimate worked, they followed you & charging the unexpected enemy head on. It's maybe just me but most of the time while i play Kled, the best performing & aggressive teammatet(s) always follow my R, which mean most of my charge always claimed victory in team fight. I tell them where im going, we meet up ... everything else a bloodbath. I may lost Skarl & die but they will stuck with me first before focusing my teammate ... my E & Q are hard to avoid. Btw i mostly play with random players, so pulling that many Kled R with them is quite amazing. Although i played other champions like Renekton & Sion alot more, Kled will always be my favorites champion. If i returned to play League again, Kled will be my first pick ... if i can get Top-lane ... & hopefully fought other melee champions -_-
hello, im a kled one trick lol first of all i really enjoyed the video and i agree with a lot of points however if you panic while playing kled you're not playing kled, you're playing league of legends. kled is NOT league, kled is kled. i have some tiny nit-picks with the video but it was really well made and i liked it :3
This is so accurate ! I tought a friend how to play kled and she always got scared in fights so i screamed at her to go the fck in, at the end of the game her kled was decent! When Champions in league retreat it is your time to shine as a kled!
As a Kled main, Yes. You bring up great points, but sometimes, the lack of consistency in your own tools is what makes you unpredictably strong! The more unpredictable you are in terms of map control with R, the freer the moneys you get. Also, Kled's dismount isn't a weakness. Its the strongest flex you can ever make in League when you remount because of your 2000IQ. What I can say is, don't think of Kled's weaknesses as it is. For Kled players, those weaknesses are truly the most insanely fun moments. Just focus on getting that flex on the opponent, and you'll never lose with Kled.
As an old kled main, I have yet seen other champions that can "heal" themselves for such a large amount in a short amount of time. He got his title's for a good reason.
And while listening to ghostmane while my parents are screaming at each other. Jk my parents are divorced and my dad is in england, my mom is screaming at my brother
Kled in a nutshell; from a Kled main! High HP: DIIIIIIVE! Lost Skaarl, high courage: DIIIIIIVE! Lost Skaarl, low courage: Run at enemies to intimidate them No W: Don't fight W up: DIIIIIIVE!
Actually one weird thing about Kled's Q is that if you E and Q and they dash out of tether range, you actually have a small window to E, if you do it quick enough the tether stays intact even though they were out of range. Just things you learn from being a hardstuck Gold Kled main I guess Edit: tbh the limit testing part of Kled doesn't even come in till 2-3 items. Noone can burst down early game Kled in a 1v1 unless they have ignite, and even then, sometimes you can still remount. As long as you have resolve with Bone Plating and Unflinching you can probably remount no matter what in early levels. Just sharing my knowledge to the people who are interested in the champ. He's not as bad as he looks tbh :3
although this video is completely accurate last season, as a kled main I can say the champion becomes quite forgiving of you just 3rd buy a stone plate, the active synergises so well with his dismount mechanic, and if you miss a bit of his pistol or don't have his w up most of the time you're tanky enough to just use regular autos to remount. it's kinda dumb and extremely slept on imo
Yeah, since the change of GA he couldn't get a good itemization globalizing all what he needed, but with GSP it's like the old days, even better bc of sterak's gage + warmog's
I couldn't agree more with this statement plus they didn't mention how good of a roamer he is at 6. I go ham on Mid once I hit 6 and most time they don't see it coming.
been playing kled for several seasons and damn that >1% sometimes hurts. it's probably the dismount mechanic and how every build is kinda useless without itemizing into tank
Most of kled otps are not prefering off tank at all the problem is getting bursted, for that reason hey going full ad (or full tank like Koreans) current kled is undefeatable 1v1 hero but having lack of power in tf and it s R is a really good for start a tf in some way it makes no sense but for other who do know how to play it s opposite
@@icannottakeitanymore2287 Most Kled players prefers full AD (the west) or full tank (korea), kled is strong 1v1 but falls off in team fights, but despite that his ultimate is great at starting team fights / good engagement tool. (I don't get the last part)
@@aGhostChicken he's kind of a reverse galio, having a good engage ult but bad tf, and Galio having great tf potentiel but needing someone to engage for him
I just hate how when most of the time Kled's just pixels away from retrieving Skaarl when suddenly it doesn't activate and you die. But that doesn't stop me from playing him because I have too much fun playing him in every lane other than jungle.
I feel that the problem with all those underplay toplane champs is the lane itself. First, if someone doesn't fit into a lane it become a toplaner, second, if you get counter by a semi-popular champ you can never first pick him and 3rd if you are a counterpick you have to be the best at countering the enemy champ or you are still going to be a bad pick.
Agreed, I hate the Counterpick toplane meta so much. Especially when I got a low account code so i'm next to always first pick. Can't play any if my favorite champs without getting counter picked 😂
Uncertainity and unpredicatibility is part of Kled's character. In the lore he's paranoid, expecting the unexpected and charging into fight. I think his disadvantage is all part of his character and we can't change him or we'll break his identity. Even if you have to go full offsensive when playing Kled, panic will always be the number 1 killer.
I think his playstile is misunderstood, his kit is made in this cooldwon based way to make you choose the engages more carefully, his w is a zoning tool, mixed with a maxed q and tiamat passive, it makes you control the wave by threatening an engage on the enemy toplaner, and his focus is mainly on gettin ahead early, to then enable his team, by repeteadly roaming, with a fast clear with W/Q/tiamat, makes you able to shove, and threaten a play on the midlaner, while on your back you threaten a play on bot that usually leads to first tower, in conclusion, Kled is a carry for himself for the first 10 minutes, and then a funneling support for mid game dives with your most fed/scaling member, thanks to his aggro juggling, TLDR: Kled: it's not like i'm diving mid tower with ult every 3 minutes to get you fed or anything, midlaner kun P.S. mained kled since release, his batshit character and dive playstile is perfect for how i like to play the game
@@sunnydargonnel I mean it's not hard to play new champs. They're designed to be meta and broken after all, so the average iron knuckledrsgger can figure it out. But also why you never see champs like gp get released now
@@CyrusL that's not what i meant, sometimes if you aim your ult towards the enemy base your ult will go in the direction of your base, it has nothing to do with targeting enemies.
@@unurandom8867 I don't know if replacing flash and not ignite or TP is worth it, often flash ALSO helps remount into melee matchups if you can flash away before an auto it acts as well as a barrier.
His abilities are also inconsistent in the way that his Q circle for the pull doesnt always match up with the actual hitbox, and his E recast sometimes works but sometimes doesn't lol
Kled main here, never had an issue with the E recast. They either have some form of de-aggro, walk out of a base range or you get hard crowd controlled
@@sovhistorian4169 sometimes it seems like it should work, but doesn't, and vice versa. Also I've gone through terrain with his primary E cast twice as well.
Sometimes i would walk over terrain eith e sometimes i would miss him sometimes i would run towards him even if the range was much shorter. Stuff happens
I disagree with you, kled's playstyle and thematic focuses on him attacking and rampaging through enemy line, thats why he recovers skaarl back with constant attacking while dismounted. his playstyle rewards reckless playstyle
I started playing Kled recently (as silver/gold player) because of that excitement when you successfully remount and you see the opponent give up and goes from a state of aggression into fleeing. But the biggest problem I have with Kled is his speed and size of his Q, even with E+Q engage a lot of champs today have a bunch of dashes and they can juke you and easily make you out of position. For low tier player that is a big deal. If Q was faster to surprise some1 or larger hitbox to avoid melee misses that would be more user friendly.
kled is the most enjoyable character to play because you need to attack... i mean seriously you just go right inside 5 enemies and stay there till you win the fight... or die
Great vid. The other thing that sucks is the fact that he gets shut down really hard by common and strong champs, like Fiora, Jax and Camille, who all outscale you while also having a better lane phase than you, due to Riposte, Counter Strike and Adaptive Defense blocking a ton of your trading power.
Not a kled main, but play a fair bit of him and carried me to gold last season. One thing about why he isnt very popular that u might have missed was that he is a bruiser that doesnt really beat other bruisers, as in he has lots of bad match ups. Doesnt matter to me tho i still love the character and hope others might pick him up as well.
He has bad matches but honestly almost none of them are lose matches, you only has to adapt to your enemy to not get killed by him and roam to other lanes and put pressure
This isn't entirely true, but take this with a grain of salt from am d2 Kled otp. Even bad matchups can be navigated trough and won. The worst offenders are Fiora and Jax, but even they can't do much against you once you generated a lead. Im pretty confident that I can pilot Kled against anyone below my skill level and win, no matter the matchup. Kled is one of the best snowballing champs in the game, because when he is able to dive you he will do it over and over and over.
@@christophersoria4340 additionaly he can be picked into any assasin matchup mid and come out on top. With insane diving/roaming Potential from midlane. He also hardcounters Kassadin, even with 6 Kassa has to evade the first part of Kleds E to get savely away, else you can just follow up with the recast and kill hum
I personally love kled and think he’s one of the most fun if not the most fun top laner. I don’t main him but I am mastery 5, so I’ve played more than a couple games. Some people won’t play him cuz kled’s look, not skarl, or his outburst. But I personally love his high energy, ecstatic, bumpkin, socio yordle personality. It’s funny and fun to ply
im a kled main for years and i do see that he lacks a lot of aspects that other champs do, for example i can very much see ur reasoning about that he as a skirmisher has very little to none cc, none the less i just love his kit so much, his voicelines his character, he is such a beatiful champ for me... especially bec of skaarl too and the fact u basicially play 2 champs for one, u kinda build up this bond with this crazy yordle and his lizards its just really hard to not appreciate this champ that much when u started playing him even once imo.... i really dont know how hes doing in the meta rn, but for me he is perfect and always will be
To drill down on the subject of inconsistency, it makes him very hard to practice. There are so many phases that it's really hard to set up skirmishes that allow you to learn the timings and he spacing for his discounted abilities. You sort of have to just play a ridiculous amount and gain it via osmosis.
Kled is one of my favorite characters in the game. I've always loved the in your face fight fight fight playstyle that doesn't revolve around stats but actually outplaying your opponent.
@@behemoth2887 personally, i would only encourage a changes in his passive, more courage for killing minions (or at least more when you kill bigger minions/certain pets) and/or recovering it when you hit jg monsters, also, making skarl return quickly and/or having the E ms buff for the same duration once you remount
Other champions if focused down are gone from the flight. Kled can stall with his passive, and his grounded form plays exactly the same except he's slower. Usually he autos the closest person 4 times and he's remounted. Reaching real hard in this vid
Only cc ability gone, dash gone, ult gone, basically forces you to afk from teamfight until ur W pop back up, of which you can't control. And yes, he become way, way slower. How is that "exactly the same"?
just found this channel saw this video immediately saw fizz in the yordle pool realised the attention to dealies gotta say im impressed i was so ready to leave a negative comment saying they reviled fizz is a yordle but wow that attention to details LOVE it
I feel like kled could get a big buff if he had a form of marking ability like kindred that would cause his violent tendencies and ult collision to only proc on the marked target. Calling it something like "A bone to pick" would also make it fit as kled singling out an enemy to direct his rampage at.
It would be cool if he had something like Fiddle’s effigies where if someone walked into that area, he would go batshit nuts and allow you to sprint towards them at fucking Mach 5 yelling “GET OFF MAH DAYUM LAND!” and have it let you deal more damage or something.
First, I wanna say - great job with the video, I almost feel thankful for spending your time, and understanding the champion; his profits, problems, and reasons behind various aspects of the kit and design. I feel like it's so damn rare to see people being capable of SUBJECTIVE criticism of anything within the game these last few seasons. I'd like to point out that League is counting over 150 champions, and there are no signs of stopping the number increase. We're naturally bound to recieve champions that won't fit in any situation or comp, but will offer alternative playstyles that can shift player's perspective on the game, or are there to see how extreme Riot can go with certain concepts when designing a character- creating champions not for the meta, but for individuals that are still looking for "their" character. Since Kled has no natural way of dealing areal damage, battles feel that much personal since you know that the only way of taking all of these dirty dastards on the enemy team down is fighting them one by one, hoping to tear the victory out of the grinning maw of vicious defeat. While I've spent a ton of time on Kled, and I got the gist of his limits, I'm not playing him for relevancy more than for the thrill of succeeding, beating the hell out of my enemy while I'm "technically" at my weakest (also stomping the game, but that rarely happens). To me there's nothing more ecstatic in this game than a turnaround, remounting on a sliver of health and seeing my opponents burn their flashes in sudden fear and regret as I chase their asses with my ult. It's not about "being meta", but bringing new experience to this decade old game. Yes, Kled is absolutely inconsistent, and a couple of bugs draw this even further back. But he wouldn't feel as thrilling to play without these (designed) inconsistencies, and I would never accept my little looney lizard-loving leprechaun in any other form. I really hope that Riot will continue creating champions that are oddballs (like Ivern, before his abusable state) than swiss army knives (like Thresh), champions that are just fun to play and not necessarily competitve. *"For every Aphelios, there has to be a Sett".*
Make his w have build in tiamat vs JG monsters and he would be THE best Jungler in game. Mobile + pull CC + His ultimate and the dives with his passive man.
While this change would make Kled a lot better, I don't think it will make him the same champion. It will probably make him incredibly strong to be able to activate such a powerful steroid and it would break how it ties into his nature as a champion. You can't just control violent tendencies. If this change does go through, they probably will nerf other elements of his kit. (imo)
When you have a drunken raging hallucinating psychopatic yordle full of violence and charisma you don't need efficiency or consistency. The "always ham nature of the champ" (even in low hp) + lore + quotes are the best about him. I don't give a damn if he isnt popular nor picked in higher elo nor present in professional gaming/championships, he is one of the most fun champions to player, ever. I get that the uncertainty of the champions kit doesnt fit the champs Role as a skirmisher, but when u think about that, that is 100% fitting of what Kled is as a character (and that alone makes him EVEN more fun to play), cus he is just a huge middle finger of a champion who hates everyone but Skarl.
The main weakness he has is being full ad with no anti-armor abilities so he is really weak into armor. When Sunfire was OP Kled was so good because he actually got high sustain damage with it but after Sunfire nerfs he kinda sucks.
@@cowdeemo What? like 95% of top laners have a way to bypass armor. Literally Kled, Aatrox, Riven, illaoi and Tryn are the only Ad melee top laners that can't bypass armor. And out of them only Kled and Aatrox don't have enough ridiculous damage that make armor stacking redundant.
@@cowdeemo Wukong has Q E, Jax has W R, Irelia has Passive, E and R, Yorick has ult E, Sion has W E and builds sunfire and grasp. literally, all of them have plenty of ways to bypass armor
Me a kled main: clicks video immediately goes to comments just to say "because you will die mid remount 70% of the time." that and the amount of unfixed bugs he has is insane. Me a kled main after watching the video: you sir do not understand kled, but I forgive you because that is how I have a 70% first blood rate on him. I will say if they wanted to make kled better one HUGE way would be to make his dismounted E do something; My suggestion is "mushroom juice" kled receives damage reduction and reduces the duration of incoming cc by 35-60% for 1.75-3 seconds. thing of all multiform champs is they get different abilities where as kled just loses one altogether. Honestly the best thing to do here is link R/kledmains because everything said here is already on there.
he meant that you have to be strongly focused and aware what happens and what will happen. And as he says, in teamfight you can't see every action of 9 other people
Kled is a champ that goes in hard then when you get dismounted you go in even harder. When dismounted his auto rang is increased because you don't "play passive when dismounted" you go in even harder so you can get Skaarl back. The fact that his auto rang is increased when dismounted and that the way HP from items wasn't mentioned in the video means you haven't played enough Kled.
It should be noted that, while a point blank kled ulti does little damage, it DOES CC briefly. In a 1v1 during a splitpush (an area kled excels in) it can give you just enough time to finish someone off.
duelist class? there's only like ADC, tank, support, lethality build, full crit-build, attackspeed/on-hit build, AD/semi-tank, magic/semi-tank, classes for me xD cause even a duelist can still have different builds. bruisers & juggernauts can still have different builds. IMO Item is what makes your class.
Last season as a main kled i stop play with him after the Q nerf, because some people abuse one build with king blade, they nerf champ but not the item, meanwhile jax or adc top carry the entire enemy team. I just realize that Riot not will fix the damn bugs (there a lot) so i stop play, the only interests are bait grab money skins and buff popular champs.
Vars: When dismounted you tend to play more carfully Me who "roleplays" champs when i play them: Yes careful to not let your enemy escape your vicous beating
At this moment, the inconsistency is mittigated somewhat by gargoyle stoneplate. You can activate it when you get dismounted and since sunfire now gives you tenacity, you don t even have to worry that much about not moving.
I have a feeling that they can buff Kled in minor ways to make him a little bit more consistent like making his tether not shrink or making his W either Castablr or only on champion so you can't accidentally proc it
YEEESS, MY BOY KLED! I think part of it is that a lot of learning how to play Kled well is limit testing... a lot. He can get away with a lot with his passive (tower diving, turning a gank in his favor, etc), but you need to know where that limit is. You need to be fearless about going in, but you also have to be smart about it. Getting that skill takes fucking up a lot and learning from it, but... uh- most people don't like the sound of fucking up in a competitive game. Even if Kled can be pretty unforgiving, I still think he's a fun champ and that he has one of the most underrated designs in the game. He's a good example of gameplay and thematics working very well together. Also, his voice lines and all of his sound design? (chef's kiss)
i played a good amout of kled on release and starting to pick him up again. I think personally his kit is very rewarding when you get used to the "insanity" in it pun intented. But it is confusing since best play early is often not to lvl your W at all before you need it for trading. Which i think he is the only champion in the game where you want to not lvl an ability as soon as you can. Maybe tryndamere ult but i can't say if that is still the strat. I love playing kled but i do agree with allmost all the points you make.
Kled is hard if you play him like a normal top laner. His 1-2 is weak. Very weak. Once he hits lv3 and gets part of an item onto him though he begins to pick up. Once he hits lv6 there is a lot of champions kled will lose to till that point that suddenly can't fight him. Rumble and Urgot being the exceptions that always hurt Kled. Kled is an aggressive champion and demands you always be aggressive. That doesn't mean you keep picking fights, although you can do that too. You just always punish your opponents if they start a fight. Don't let them decide it is over. You decide when it is over. Your passive allows you to get a lot of surprise kills on people because they forget kled might be low but he still hurts and a point blank Q recovers a lot of courage back. Most fights you will remount before they kill you so you basically recover over half your "health" out of nowhere when they are low. That is what makes kled strong. I just wish they let him remount faster in the lower levels. Unless you are fighting a champion it isnt worth the time trying to remount in lane. Better off backing. Likely be back in lane before you could remount from minions.
His real power is understanding his early game where you can use high risk for high reward. You basically pray for enemy jungler gank you so you can score doublekill. His other strenght is that he is kinda strong splitpusher. His high HP pool has great synergy with demo rune. Also with upgoing change for Lethal tempo Oh wow, that'd make him really hard to deal 1v1 as it means he can mount almost instantly if he maneges to time his W to happen at the moment of dismout... Its lvl 2 2.2 AS, so window to kill him is just under 1.5 second. His inconsistency is somehow his advandage and disadvantage at the same time becaus of all the ,,Fuck you, this is my property'' moments he have thanks to his passive. He generates 20 courage per attack + 20 per champion hit by Q. That means 1v2 he just needs 3 attacks and land a good Q to start a new round of madness.
Sitti g here listening at 3:58 just made me think. "Youre thinking too hard about it" when kled is mounted just poke and punish when they try to go in. When hes dismounted poke, build courage, and pubish when they go in
Kled is one of my favorite champions to play, especially in ARAM where I build a frost fire, warmogs, and titanic hydra with ether berserkers or steelcaps, then ether damage or tank items depending on the enemy team. The ability to dive the backline and survive initial burst on the way in is fun, also it's great for distracting the enemy team as my own team does most of the real work. I will say this works best if you play with a friend who can follow you in.
I think he's definitely hard to really learn but once you do he's probably one of the best champions to one-trick. Definitely worth the time investment if you like his playstyle
Great video! I like how straightforward you are with your points. Maybe something they can do that will help Kled is lowering the cooldown of your w. it'll help with remounting too.
I’m kinda a kled main and I’ve found over my 200+ games is that when learning him taking barrier as a summoner till you adjust to the remount mechanic Is a good way to find out who you can and can’t remount into and when.
I think it makes play easier to treat dismount as a death save mechanic like zac or anivia passive. He just gets a chance to come back to life, instead being a 2 form champ and treating him like other 2 form champs.
so I have 247,195 points on this crazy yordle as he was my first real one trick. I picked him up for his personality and how fun his kit looked. Back in 2017 when I was still learning and in lower elo games he was great! You'd run over your enemy laner and then extend your lead to the rest of your team by ulting for objectives or just ulting down a lane. As I got better and better I noticed he struggled a lot against your typical toplaner picks and it was quite disheartening loosing over and over because of execute ultimates. Overall I think kled just needs a toggle on the W and maybe a dismounted ultimate something he can use to help him get courage back when skaarls left him high and dry or some extra lifesteal or maybe even a tryndamere ult of some kind only while he's dismounted. Either way loved the video thanks for shining a light on this old boy
1:30 WOhhhh that was really interesting revelation. Now that I think of it Yordles (besides teemo) are really sort of counter picks. may be also because by lore they dont care much what happens in human world and are only concerned when their spirit world gets affected
As a Kled main, I have to say that I love his outplay potential. At least in my games, if I were to record my outplays on every other champion and on Kled, Kled would have double the number. Possibly more.

Yes.

I think you missed the most important part, if you don't play super aggro and smash your lane you become a cannon minion.
same feelings bro
Uncertainity and unpredicatibility is part of Kled's character. In the lore he's paranoid, expecting the unexpected and charging into fight. I think his disadvantage is all part of his character and we can't change him or we'll break his identity. Even if you have to go full offsensive when playing Kled, panic will always be the number 1 killer.
I think his playstile is misunderstood, his kit is made in this cooldwon based way to make you choose the engages more carefully, his w is a zoning tool, mixed with a maxed q and tiamat passive, it makes you control the wave by threatening an engage on the enemy toplaner, and his focus is mainly on gettin ahead early, to then enable his team, by repeteadly roaming, with a fast clear with W/Q/tiamat, makes you able to shove, and threaten a play on the midlaner, while on your back you threaten a play on bot that usually leads to first tower,
in conclusion, Kled is a carry for himself for the first 10 minutes, and then a funneling support for mid game dives with your most fed/scaling member, thanks to his aggro juggling,
TLDR:
Kled: it's not like i'm diving mid tower with ult every 3 minutes to get you fed or anything, midlaner kun

His abilities are also inconsistent in the way that his Q circle for the pull doesnt always match up with the actual hitbox, and his E recast sometimes works but sometimes doesn't lol

I disagree with you, kled's playstyle and thematic focuses on him attacking and rampaging through enemy line, thats why he recovers skaarl back with constant attacking while dismounted. his playstyle rewards reckless playstyle
I can listen to ghostmane only while playing with kled, the other champs retreat and are lame
If Q was faster to surprise some1 or larger hitbox to avoid melee misses that would be more user friendly.
kled is the most enjoyable character to play because you need to attack... i mean seriously you just go right inside 5 enemies and stay there till you win the fight... or die
"I don't need a team! to start a team fight!" ~Shroomed up veteran
He gets countered by every meta champion, and that's sad
This isn't entirely true, but take this with a grain of salt from am d2 Kled otp. Even bad matchups can be navigated trough and won. The worst offenders are Fiora and Jax, but even they can't do much against
you once you generated a lead.

im a kled main for years and i do see that he lacks a lot of aspects that other champs do, for example i can very much see ur reasoning about that he as a skirmisher has very little to none cc, none the less i just love his kit so much, his voicelines his character, he is such a beatiful champ for me... especially bec of skaarl too and the fact u basicially play 2 champs for one, u kinda build up this bond with this crazy yordle and his lizards its just really hard to not appreciate this champ that much when u started playing him even once imo.... i really dont know how hes doing in the meta rn, but for me he is perfect and always will be
To drill down on the subject of inconsistency, it makes him very hard to practice. There are so many phases that it's really hard to set up skirmishes that allow you to learn the timings and he spacing for his discounted
abilities. You sort of have to just play a ridiculous amount and gain it via osmosis.

@@yhorm685 i mean that basically his ult
Single biggest change Kled needs is for violent tendencies to be a manually activated ability instead of an auto activated.
(imo)
Only bad kled players don’t know how to play off kleds w cool down
When you have a drunken raging hallucinating psychopatic yordle full of violence and charisma you don't need efficiency or consistency.

Sweet how you think kled is a hard champ when everybody says he's braindead. I main kled and i am currently d2 66% 60 games EUW, ign Black Looter
@Lydia Köffler here's another Garen main crying because a 16/0 vayne killed him in 45 minutes instead of 2 hours
@Lydia Köffler keep crying and talking about shit you know nothing about hardstuck bronze
I see now more of an riven main XD
Vars: When dismounted you tend to play more carfully
Me who "roleplays" champs when i play them: Yes careful to not let your enemy escape your vicous beating
Lmao he’s actually broken. He is really not that hard you are giving us kled mains too much praise
The thing is... The normal people doesn't know how to control madness and the like, they aren't accustomed to it, we on the other hand...
vars: "why even go through all that trouble?"
meanwhile Kled when the game starts "HOLY SHIT WHERE ARE WE?"
XD
*my friend is kled main and from Silver he got into diamond in Just one season, did i mention that he is gay*
Damn that's why I cannot get to diamond, cause I am not gay :/
At this moment, the inconsistency is mittigated somewhat by gargoyle stoneplate. You can activate it when you get dismounted and since sunfire now gives you tenacity, you don t even have to worry that much about not moving.
I don't play Kled because he reminds me of my abusive family...
My ex gf pooled me once from the hair and that reminded me of my mom waking me up for school and now I am single
I have a feeling that they can buff Kled in minor ways to make him a little bit more consistent like making his tether not shrink or making his W either Castablr or only on champion so you can't accidentally proc it
Loving the choice of background music. Duel Links has some of the best songs.
Catchy and intense XD
Nice tip bro
I love Kled, I love the higher skill ceiling and the out playability and just his whole character being great
I’m kinda a kled main and I’ve found over my 200+ games is that when learning him taking barrier as a summoner till you adjust to the remount mechanic Is a good way to find out who you can and can’t remount into and when.
I think it makes play easier to treat dismount as a death save mechanic like zac or anivia passive. He just gets a chance to come back to life, instead being a 2 form champ and treating him like other 2 form champs.
7:32 Ah, dang, I wished you had bass boosted yourself when you said "S H O T G U N". I miss Bricky's League vids.
What even happened to bricky anyway?
@@VarsVerum He got tired of league and he makes review videos that are great now.
so I have 247,195 points on this crazy yordle as he was my first real one trick.
I love playing him sometimes because he's incredibly fun. Going balls deep without a care in the world is great fun. Plus he's got the best lines.
As a Kled main, I have to say that I love his outplay potential. At least in my games, if I were to record my outplays on every other champion and on Kled, Kled would have double the number. Possibly more.
nice choice of music hahaha
for anyone wondering it's : yugi theme duel link
Im a kled main and I love playing kled, and t bh i think that this video is a very good show of why he isnt played, nice job
i disagree that yordles aren't consistently picked, lulu and tristana are always S tier and consistent picks in low and high elo
