Where are you guys in The Netherlands? I lived just outside of Brunnsum for almost 15 years. I’m an an American from the south and taught many how to BBQ American while I was there. I worked for NATO. I would love to see you guys when I come to visit, if possible. Great videos

i just had a flashback!! in '66 i was hitch hiking through Europe and as every other 19 yr old Canadian kid i ended up in Amsterdam for a while for food all i can remember was Uitsmijers, raw herring from a street vendor, and bread and cheese for breakfast (Indonesian food too) but Hell no BBQ Great videos, great food and great sense of humor keep it up!!!

My first smoke was beef ribs and....they were forgettable. Very disappointing after success slow cooking them in the oven. My 2nd attempt on the smoker will be better after watching this video. Love your little wood splitter rig. I've been splitting wood for over 40 years and haven't seen such a slick little rig. Cheers from Ontario.

Made these short ribs the other day, however my ribs had way too much fat on top, ended up Ruining the experience. Do you trim your ribs?
Yes you should trim the top a little especially the silver skin. The the bottom bone side alone.
