Practice matches are always where you wanna try things and allow yourselves to lose; lose properly and w/ purpose. It doesn't mean they're not gonna try their best, but practice games are where victory is a secondary goal, while learning is first and foremost. It's also a chance for Karasuno to observe Seijoh, a top 4 team in the prefecture. They can learn things for themselves or try to see if Seijoh has any weaknesses.
U guys should react to kuroko's basketball. It's a masterpiece and much underrated anime. U will not gonna regret watching it. It will leave you speechless. I personally like it more than haikyuu. Hope u will react to this anime
