I love the trait for kids. Oh btw they need to get rid of that stupid shopping cart. It glows every time I go through a loading screen.

5:33 So for the hair, you turn you sim into a male sim, turn off the masculine filter for hairs and turn on the event rewards filter. It will be the only thing showing. If you want said sim to be a female then you just turn the sim into a female and the hair sticks with them.
I’ve been told that the the necklace can show up by randomizing or with random jewelry with Crystal Creations.
Not sure about the outfit.
There is another work around that gets you all of them in your game correctly filtered, but it requires you to alter a file on your computer.
Yeah it's tagged as no gender. I find it just by turning off gender & using the obvious Event Rewards filter. It was not hard.

There are many people uploading them to the gallery as well I saved mine to my library and didn’t upload so just in case they patch

kinda happy for it actually. im glad we finally get a one tile bar. they drive me nuts and i never get them because they are so huge. sims 4 gigantism syndrome but ill get one now with one that matches counters
While I’ve already claimed my first gift, and can get through all 4 weeks… I can understand how this can’t be done by some people.

This would good for those who aren't having any luck with the pop up, like me. 🤨 I've even gone to the extent of a clean install (including various win files) my whole game and EA app to make sure it's not actually me who's screwed up and still grr.
You don’t even need the event rewards filter on to find the reward items. I just had a colour filter and was seeing them.
Thanks for this tip to unlock all the free content right away. I'm still going to do it the regular way in case E.A. patches this cheat to unlocking all the free content at one time.

I have to admit, I got all the rewards by using this glitch. It's awesome, and randomised some Sims in Cas, I got the hair and necklace. It took 3 minutes, as for the trait I just downloaded a sim from the gallery.
It's not an error, it's an added feature.

The pop up with the rewards is not appearing to me. It appeared yesterday but not today 🤨
Where to search for it in case it dont shows up or you close it without claim it?
They usually have those things on the main menu but cant find anything.
Edit: i opened my game today in the morning and it appeared again and this time it let me claim the necklace and the mini fridge.
Kinda weird that yesterday was not appearing no matter how many times i closed and opened the game.
I still think that there should a button in the main menu just in case the pop up doesn't shows up or you accidentally closed it and also for you to know when to comeback to claim the rewards
I was super surprised when my toddler aged up to a child and I hit the randomize button for his trait... it was the new trait lol.

I think one of my sims already has an option for Take A Mindful Walk and doesn't have the trait, but I'm not sure which trait or skill is allowing it. They've been around a long time and have a lot of traits and maxed skills and have maxed a few careers. Maybe I'm misremembering the name of the action, or maybe they've enabled more than one thing that makes that action possible.
So is the CAS Trait unlockable too? I really want that!
Yup
Yes. I did it on PC & Xbox. Randomize your traits until it pops up. It took me a long time my 2nd try confirming it was possible so be patient if you really want to try it out. It's definitely there.

Is the event live. As on my pc there is no event tab that everyone speaks of.
This is going to get patched soon, EA will get wind of this soon enough.

It’s a one time event, it’s not something that’ll keep happening.

@@D0MiN0ChAn They never keep events. They aren’t doing another in game concert. All they do is sample and try out this stuff to see how players respond to it.
@@Hollowluna Which is another confusing thing. The concert event was super weill received, I thought. So why not renew it? It's been implemented into the code, why not have it re-appear each year? It's really too random with them 😮💨

Not sure if its thar I am playing Sims 4 on console or NOT but I can't seem to get the practice makes perfect traite. Do I maybe need to creat a NEW sim and see if I can get it that way? Cause I can't

You just have to randomize the traits it doesn’t matter if it’s a new sim or not

I honestly don't like this at all...like just save this stuff for a new game if they have to, but prefer not for any game. This isn't a mobile game, stop trying to push that on us...
People need to stop thinking Rene is Sims 5, it's not. Rene is Sims Mobile for PC. Mobile games do not have mods, EA is trying to brute force Simmers off mods whether they like it or not.
Rene is The Sims 5. It was called that during the leaked playtest, and when they officially announced the game they called it the next generation of The Sims. It’s Sims 5 whether we like it or not.
