Over the last 13 years, Tyson has trained multiple times for full planche. Every time it has ended in failure. At 32 years old he nears the end of his athletic peak, and will train to achieve the skill one last time. This… is his final journey to full planche.

how long did it take to get back from your japan trip?
I was away for 2 weeks and took maybe 4 weeks to get back to a good spot. It's vlogged in the planche series.
Doesnt have to be everyday. 2/3 times a week on Holiday is plenty. But zero days no activity is crazy 😭😭
I mean, I walked and cycled but nothing strength-wise and nothing specific.
8 months ago i injured my supraspinatus from running drunk at kids ninja wall with my hands up overhead 😂😂 it was the day i first time held 3" straddle front lever
universe is funny
Would not run at ninja walls again tho
