About the animal ears thing... wearing cheap animal ears or ones that don't match the dress is seen as really tacky by lolitas everywhere. Misako coordinated the bear ears pretty well, but the other ones didn't really seem to go. Personally I think one should only wear rabbit ears if there was a rabbit motif or cat ears if there was a cat motif, etc.
Those cat ears look very cute, but many strict lolitas say they aren't allowed in lolita fashion. Of course you shouldn't wear 1$-Ears from amazon, but if they're good quality and well combined, I think they look pretty.
