Unfortunately the Collab with Gino has just ended and yes, sometimes it's very useful to have more copies of the same card, both to be able to compose a "system" (the set of 2 or more units that guarantee stability to the team, guaranteeing the activation of the LS) and to have access to the other evolutions of the card, be they Evo or Assist.
It's a really hard replacement to make. 😩 I thought I heard that in a future Collab there was a potential replacement (maybe in Sanrio but I'm not sure) but, at the moment, I don't know who to recommend to you...
The only other "servicable" replacement is Haigos from the same collab, but he has less stats than kohaku so hp is going to be even tighter or just straight up not possible. If you don't have Haigos you're shit out of luck, no other cleric has max hp in their active besides the new lucy card from gungho collab but they're just completely inferior.
This team is designed to maximize completion speed and, in that sense, there's no substitute for Daranti (9747)... 😩 ...but Gino is such a strong and flexible leader that there are infinite variations that are equally strong and safe to use! 👌
Gino is currently considered the strongest leader overall, and even with a fair margin over the competition... he can complete ANY dungeon and with great ease. 👌 Not having Kohaku, however, heavily penalizes the team... unfortunately. 😔
Maybe u can use a different cleric and even just put an assist on it that gives machine type, but probably not necessary. Any cleric with low CD and good utility would be a good replacement for kohaku
Be careful: the reason why Kohaku is central to so many teams, sometimes determining their very viability, is the HP increase effect combined with the Cleric one (in addition to the stats and the Latent that can be equipped). Without that effect you could not survive the Boss's Super Resolve attack and you would be exposed after floor 3, where some opponents affect HP... 💀
The "Return of the Transcendent Stars" series of Technical dungeons are commonly abbreviated to SN (a community saying that they were supposed to be translated to Super Nova - being the enhanced version of the Unknown Nova dungeons). 😉

No one is stopping you from using Anya on both floors, with her CD of 5 you can do it... it's just slow. 🤪
