kpop is my life ohhhhhhh. I’m like 90% sure Sofie can do that cuz she has her splits and having ur splits helps with that. It’s wayyyyyyy easier to do a forward fold than what Sofie does XD. I have a forward fold, I got mine in a week with hardcore split stretching. Back flexibility.is a lot harder. I’ve been working for almost 1 years and I’m still struggling to get back flexibility. I’m only at the point where my head can touch my toes lol. No hate or anything kpop is pretty cool just not as good as Sofie in flexibility. 💝

I have a theory about what is the deal with Sofie’s spine: Dumbledore took her into outer space and removed her spine and put it in the secret box and told her she was Harry Potter and that she is also a lizard. And then he sent her back to earth because they needed more oxygen in their flying saucer but when she got back to earth he sent the FBI which are actually Dumbledore’s aliens after her so that he can put her spine back in because he forgot to put it back in before she went back to earth. Therefore Sofie is actually Harry Potter who is actually a lizard without a spine. Really though I came to this conclusion by watching these videos: 73 questions parody, googling myself, who knows me better waxing legs version, and I kept a secret
