Rush, ambush, Halt (the thing you called glitch), dupe, screech and eyes, if you use it on seek or figure it doesn’t work but it stuns them for a bit

quick tip, use the candle in door 90-99. the candle provides light and the flame will go out when rush comes. Also, if you go downstairs on door 100 theres a rift. You can put any remaining items into the rift and they will be given to you on the next run.

Looking at this, i would think dan is a pro at doors, even though he literally did only one episode before this, starting from scratch, with little to no guidance whatsoever. Its amazing how he picks up things so fast
Hint for the music around 11:46 - 12:36 The music came from a previous room in door 60, so when you push the lever on the next 1 or 2 doors then you go back through a hole behind one of the many closets and escape a maze to a room with a picture with no name and green light in a left path that gets you to The Rooms Door. Now, If you have two lockpicks and 1 skeleton key (DONT USE THE HERB USED WITH THE SKELETON KEY, IT DOESN'T WORK IN THE ROOMS!).
If you open the doors, then you revive everyone in the server, but the problem is that there are exactly 1000 doors in the rooms, along with 3 REALLY difficult and bugged entities.

As a Dantdm veteran. (2013)
I grew up and forgot his existence 3 years ago. I still love his videos. They just aren't my go-to anymore. I'll still pop in every month or so. I just wish I enjoyed his content as much as I used to. I'm super happy he succeeds still. Keep staying awesome Dan.

23:22 hey dan, the guy you saw there was glitch, hes basically a failsafe whenever a room glitches or doesnt load properly, glitch teleports you to a new room so the other rooms can unload and fix the problem! Also congrats on miles :)

Fun fact:
In the Doors+Hotel update, A-60 is now not that rare. There is an secret room in door 55-64 only sometimes, and there will be a openin behind one of the cabinets or something, then finish the maze, then you will find a secret room with a locked gate. Go back to door 60 then proceed to door 61 and then use the lever on the basement. Then go back to the door 60 secret room, you will see the gate is now open. There will be a door therw that needs ( 2 lockpicks and one skeleton key[you can get from jeff) and then enter the door then press continue run. Then you will be teleported to a secret game called rooms. The entities that habitats the rooms is. ( A-60, A-90 and A-120) You can reach to A-200 then you can find an exit, or you can proceed to A-1000 so you can get a secret item named Tracker, it helps you find keys or somewhat other stuff.

Funfact: when u entered room 60, behind the closet on the right side theres a secret passage that u need to open with the lever in room 61 and then u use the two lockpicks and skeleton key and then ur able to play there secret game. BTW, that room will appear randomly at door 55-65 (take a look at 11:16 so that u can know what room I’m talking about.)

Tip: You should always look around you when exiting the dark rooms, especially when Screech can spawn right when you get out of the dark room, and if you don’t hear it.

Hi Dan! Love to see you back, a quick tip for the skeleton key. The nursery room is NOT the only room you can use that key in! The room could either be before or after the nursery room , It's level 60-ish. it has multiple broken down shelves. Behind a shelf is a broken wall, go through it. The lever could either be in the room before it or after it, you will need it to open the door. (It's the lever you use to open the extra gated door) It should 100% be before or after it. Once you click the lever you may come back to the gated hallway behind the wall, it leads to this new door. You need 2 lockpicks and the skeleton key! You get led into this new dimension with a new entity. It's 1000 doors long. You should consider checking it out.

the blue light is called the guiding light. it lights up the exit or the next door when you're struggling to get out of the dark. It's also what guides you during seek's chase. Apparently its an entity

In the dark part at the end (90-100) it is advised u bring a candle found on any surface in the hotel. They go out and emit a blueish light when an entity is near. In this part they are rather useful as it is harder to see rush coming

Bit of advice
What you call glitch is actually called halt
Glitch appears to people who are separated from a group in multiplayer and teleports them to the group
It also appears when rooms don’t load properly
glitch is only used as a fail safe feature now. theres a new entity called void that appears to people who are seperated from groups.
Also, he encountered the actual Glitch at 23:40

Sup Dan, I think we can all agree that we're glad to see you back. I've played this update a lot! I know a secret that isn't so much of a secret anymore. If you get to door 60 with 2 lock picks and a skeleton key, you can find a hidden door leading to 1000 rooms, just look for more info and you'll see how. Feel free to ask around!

Halt spawns when the lights flicker for a long 3 seconds straight and Glitch spawns if the previous or future room does not load correctly
I’ve just seen this but it’s great to see dan back on roblox.
Here’s a tip: when using a crucifix, make sure to look at the enemy and then they’ll either die (most entities) or will be temporary stunned (Boss entities: Figure and Seek.)
You can’t use it on Timothy or Hide though.

The herb behind the skull door heals you when you get it and gives you passive regeneration. Also the entity in the hallway where you have to turn around is called Halt. Glitch is the one that teleports you to the next room as a fail safe if the next room fails to load, he used to teleport you if you were behind the rest of the group but that’s now a “new entity”
Hey dan! So that entity at 23:41 was called Glitch. Glitch occurs when a room fails to load and or is forced to overlap the last room. He also may teleport you back to your party, when you get too far away from them. (If you are a few rooms back you will get a speed boost to catch up)
The other entity you called Glitch was actually called Halt.

Love these new animations
Tips: use the cross to stop any entities(monsters) from coming after you for a short minute. There's candles on top of the tables that you can take. If you make it to door 61 find the lever at door 62 (sometimes its farther down the 60 doors) then turn back to 60 or 61 and there's a hole in the wall, make sure to have the skeleton key and 2 lockpicks, go through the hole and keep going through the wall until you find a small room with a painting and a closet, keep going inside of that room and there's a golden door where you use the lockpicks and key to enter an Easter egg room. Get your coins higher than 250 for door 51.

My most memorable time getting duped by Dupe was when I was playing with my friend and I shouted “LUCKY NUMBER 17 HAS ALWAYS FAILED ME!” and I ran with no hesitation into the door. My friend looked at me in confusion since I wasn’t on good health when I did it and I’m pretty sure I ended up dying and she got scared and failed at Rush

Also, here is a video recommendation:
Step 1: Go back to Doors.
Step 2: Make it to room 60.
Step 3: Go to the basement in room 61, and flip the lever.
Step 4: Go back to room 60, and look for a hole behind one of the wardrobes.
Step 5: Make sure you have 2 lockpicks and a skeleton key.
Step 6: Go to the door behind that gate in the hole in the wall.
Step 7: Use your 2 lockpicks and skeleton key.
Step 8: Travel through "The Rooms"
Step 5 should be step one or two

Dan, the blue entity you turn around multiple times door is called Halt. glitch is the entity that puts you ahead a room, and he can't do damage, but halt can. You can tell if halt is in the next door if the lights flicker for longer than normal.
Hey Dan, I am not sure if you figured this out yet, but in the library part, the figure has a set pathing. If you sit around there for a bit and watch the figure’s movement, you will be able to see it.

By the way any confusion the wired technicolor one is glitch the blue one you encountered earlier was Halt
A good way to avoid losing to the last ten doors, now known as the greenhouse, is to every time you go to open a door, familiarise yourself with the hiding spots in the room, then open the door and go to the nearest hiding spot for 5 to 10 seconds, and hide if you hear an entity, if not go through the door and repeat untill you get to door 100 to face mr meatballs.(Figure)
I just save up 3 of the pills and then rush through the last doors with a flashlight

you can use the crucifix on screech, halt, rush, ambush, figure, seek, eyes and dupe, except jack, shadow, glitch, timothy, guiding light, A-60 A-90 and A-120. A-60, A-90 and A-120 are in the rooms. in door 61, find a lever and go back to door 60 and you will see a hole behind the wardrobe and you need 2 lockpicks and 1 skeleton key

Tip: the figures walk cycle changes every time.stay in crouch mode to avoid its exceptional senses detecting and killing you.the figure is blind and will walk around aimlessly in order to catch you. Hope it helps

The patches on the ground on door 90-99 is called snare cause it’s a snare and it will not kill you no matter what health you have it will only get you to 1 health before just being an inconvenience also Timothy won’t kill either
