Story: Aegon and Rhaenyra both possess the blood of the dragon, but it is Rhaenyra who is chosen to be heir to the Iron Throne. The king wishes Rhaenyra to marry, but she is in love with Aegon. Rhaenyra is forced to marry Ser Laenor. She and Aegon grow apart, but eventually find each other again, which leads to rumours in court. Aegon gets rid of Laenor so he and Rhaenyra can marry. In the end, they rule togerther and continue the line of Targaryen royalty on the throne.
