1. We have same base package for everyone. Depending on the amount of revenue they generate, we increase the pay. 2. We do both. 3. Do a test project before starting to make sure the work is up to the mark. 4. No one is the boss, there is no boss-employee relationship in our agency, we all are teammates.
What will you do? If you have started freelancing and you are working on your project and at same time a new project comes which is of equal value. You are busy already. You have time short. How will you tackle this?
