I know nobody asked, but here's an obligatory explanation on each experiment because I'm a nerd:
Experiment 1: (I'm sure everyone has seen this trick by now, but for those that haven't) The water was set in a freezer for a set amount of time (as to not let it freeze, but get cold enough) in order to reach somewhere around 0°C (32°F). As the strawberry is already completely frozen, it causes the water to cross that threshold and complete the transtition between states of matter.
Trick 2: Easier to explain than the last one, the citric acid in the lemon ate through the rubber.
Trick 3: The heat from the curler caused some of the ethanol in the alcohol to evaporate, creating pressure behind the cork. As we all know, pressure make big boom.

How do you do the strawberry thing?
The original video appears to be using a frozen strawberry and supercooled water (very pure, in a very clean glass) and the puff video appears to be using a room temperature strawberry dipped into a supersaturated solution of sodium acetate. In either case, the strawberry is a nucleation point for crystals to grow... In the first video, it's ice and in the second, the acetate solution crystallizes all at once and grows those big needle-like crystals.

Can explain these: the strawberry it just freezes, the ballon explodes because citrics are a kind of an acid, making it explode (or something like that) the salt has very rough surface, increasing grip, and the last one is when it heats it evaporates making gas, rising in pressure so the gas wants to escape so it blasts
