Bro, no lie, I just entered Act 3 Cruel and Got 6 Divs in the first zone. I also got a Div in Act 2 Cruel. Im holding on them like my life depends on it 😂
Agreed, but my issues were with the bosses being glitchy, armor and active shield being useless, every boss has one shot attacks, most bosses are strong to fire and physical, weak to cold and lightning, and give you almost no openings for melee attacks, currency is incredibly rare so you're afraid to use them, but cannot be strong enough to beat the campaign without them. So many issues with balancing between classes and how strong enemies are.
@@mikeb1596 I dont understand how your disappointed, as i personally think the foundation of the game is solid. If your disappointed in mele or tuning then you set your expectations to high for early access. It sounds like you agree with their goals since you said they over promised so let them listen to the feedback and cook.
Top end feels too strong and bottom end feels too weak. But I think in general the campaign does a decent job of giving an engaging melee experience... for not mace. Stun as a mechanic isnt very good- displaces enemies from long wind up attacks, all of your abilities ramp stun buildup or do prime on stun, but stun duration without weapon mods isn't very long, has no passive nodes. Some bosses like the colossal titan are not even meant to be stunned, ontop of a huge host of issues (GL Maceman Morty) But then you get to maps where maces most common build path, strength stacking, will bring you down from warriors str side to mercs side getting stat booster nodes and pretty much be left with only armour boosters, and the one 3% life node. Map mobs are so fast they are playing poe 1. We can play poe 1 too, looking at spark mage, screen clearing before they get on screen. But maces can't really do that, they hinge on stampede which is a feels bad button. It's elite and boss killer buttons are slow, cooldown based, and prone to miss on a hyper fast enemy or a proximal tangibility mob because you cant just sit in that dudes face waiting for the hammer to drop and you can't active block the fire explosions, thunder storms, aoe slams-- Maces are too slow and clunky for the endgame, but I also feel the endgame is tuned too poe 1 to be true to what they want for poe 2. Smaller map sizes, smaller harder packs, something that if you buff stack to one shot them feels like a reward rather than a baseline of spamming spark as you wasd.
It's so bad that they can't even nerf the Stormweaver in one go. It needs to be gradual, because LITERALLY 50% of the server is playing it already. Many of these will rage quit if Stormweaver is brought to the level of the Titan/Warbringer per example. The economy is also done for...I think they need to re-balance the classes and reset the server completely. Otherwise all data they will be getting by end of EA will be heavily skewed and worthless.
@@tyhjyys I've never seen this on a Leaderboard before. You open the top 100 and it's like 70 Stormweavers. If it was WoW and you open the leaderboard to see 70/100 Paladins, there will be hotfix in the morning lol.

I agree but expectations are a bar set by both parties when you say making melee in PoE 2 good is how you fixed it in PoE 1 are the players wrong to be upset when its literally worse?
supercharged slam nerfed 2 times, now its 5 seconds stay still to deal zero damage, every melee skill has rootmotion animation about 1-1.5 seconds which forces character either to stay still for a long time, or move towards enemy walking into slam hitbox, so not only there is almost no openings for attacks but even if you predicted slam attack and now charging attack outside the hitbox, animation will gladly walk you into slam or ground effect
My major gripe with the game is that I NEVER get any items via drops. I'm in cruel Act 3 and 99% of my inventory are items I had to get on the market place. Unless you play this game 10-14 hours a day, there will always be someone else who will drop better items than you. Crafting is also horrendous and not worth the currency, basically forcing you to go on the market and look for items you can simply get for 1 exalted. It seems things only start dropping once you reach the endgame. Which makes the whole campaign a slog. I can't imagine slogging through 6 acts just to reach endgame when the game goes into full release. But I guess GGG has already recouped the money they spent making this game. Why would they give a fuck at this stage. The developers are completely aware of this as they designed it like this purposefully, so that players spend more time testing their game. I'm hoping they completely rehaul the crafting system as it's atrocious at the moment. Most unique items are also absolutely underwhelming. I remember in Diablo 2 it was the most amazing thing dropping an unique, since it mostly was better than anything you had. But in POE 2 I'm not even excited picking up an unique anymore, since I know it'll be trash. The developers have A LOT to look at and rectify. I doubt they'll be able to do this in 6 months. I'll come back to POE 2 in a year or two after they've hopefully fixed a game that, at the moment, does not respect the limited time I have as a gamer. Boss fights also become very tedious, very quickly. And the one shot mechanic, even though I'm on 1500 hp/1000 energy shield is getting old....real fast.

Juiced it as much as i could with waystone quantity in all the 6 towers around it, i got it to 120% extra quantity, put a map with 610% quantity and all the bonuses made it to 1900%+ so i was expecting to get at 3 or maybe 4 fragments (idk if it's possible) from the boss. I don't understand the logic of people complaining that you're complaining. How else is the finalized release of PoE2 supposed to be an improved version of what we have now if feedback isn't given? Like what?
Yea man someone in the comments said I was an A hole for doing this while their on holiday.. Like I'm not saying they need cut their vacation short :/

Sure...
@@dakota9821 that was the bit!
People like this okay 14 hours a day and then say the game is meh. Makes me laugh
i feel your pain don't like the maps they need to be reworked ..
Poe 2 endgame so trash m+ is better
HOW DARE GGG DID NOT MAKE PERFECT EA GAME!!!! It's like watching a clown show with these creators RN
Honestly. Their entire life becomes obsessed with playing one game then they get mad when they're not satisfied. They'll keep playing though like the junkies they are
I guess no one should say anything during the EA and just wait till full release to talk about problems🤡🤡🤡
It's not ruthless. It's really not. Not even close, actually.
But yeah, the end game (and the general game tbh) is very disappointing. I'm still on copium personally, hoping that it's just a placeholder.
Well easy nerf the op builds. Make citadels easier to get to. Good thing it is early access, hope they make changes on outrfeedback. I do think they waiting a bit because it is the holidays letting the data come in and burn in. Melee feels pretty good for the whole campaign, it is only after campaign has issues which they rushed to finish versus finish the camping which is prob why we are seeing these issues. Aka prob of prob been delayed again but it is what it is. I made non meta range builds with the skills that are not meta they are weaker then my titan build by far so…..
i dont even know what a citadel looks like.
Found my first one today, after almost 500 maps.
The instance crashed as soon as i entered the map, i got kicked back to login screen and my map disapeared 🙃
Same

Humm.
Melee bad. Yes
MF.. Good keep it just cap it. I have a life and I like sunlight.
bosses...good when the game works lol ( taking about crossbow jamming on reloading)
Trade.... Trash. Just trash. But you can't blame Triple G for Human greed
End game.... Well, it's not for everyone that's all. They need more I guess.
I've been playing PoE 1 for 7 years and I play ruthless since release .
PoE 2 is NOT ruthless lol far from it.
IDK man campaign and early maps w/o rarity is pretty sparse on loot its a lot closer to PoE 1 Ruthless than not. Capping MF does nothing but turn it into the meta stat equivalent of resistances it won't be optional everyone will need to cap it like they need to cap res. Bosses go from nothing burger pinatas to that your eyes could be closed for 95% of the encounter and then as long as you do whatever their 1 shot gimmick is you can go back to closing your eyes.
Its a beta? they will change the game alot!! Its better that are huge game from the beginn! so they can reduced the maps and fix the game.. Worst is when its a beta, there are no end gaming there no items, there are few landscap to play, and everyone saying "adding more content please" hahahaha. GGG have release like 3 big patches and change alot sense 6;e december think about it, they said at least 6 month beta?? could be longer, and under that journey will see alot of changes to the better. I have break now but coming back when they fix the game! I end up with level 74 ranger.
So basically your just mad cause others have more than you
@@matthayes1527 lol
on the surface it might seem like that, but its clear that its a deeper issue within the game. Standard is about learning how to manipulate the trade site and SSF is about learning how to craft items. Both are convoluted and not beginner friendly. Just because I know, doesn't mean lots of other people don't.
Sorry could you speak louder? It's hard to hear you from your mothers basement.
Stop crying baby. This game is ok but 90% of the player base has have this same experience in poe1 for 20 years
the games trash unfortunately
Doomer Channel
@@0mr0z0 I actually have faith they’ll get it all sorted I literally say they’re my favorite devs being critical =‘s doomer I guess.
Super OVERREACTING! It's 3 weeks into early access. This is the worst the game will ever be. Don't be that guy.
Genuine player feedback is what makes the game get better. Don’t be that guy
@@WretchedRitual it's 3 weeks after the release of the playtest beta. It's the Christmas holidays. I am saying to this a hole adhd kid IT'S A NEW GAME AND IT'S THE F ING HOLIDAYS, grow the f up.
How do you know the game won't get worse ?
poe2 is still on EARLY ACCESS.
weak argument. it’s been in development for 6 years and there’s very little substance.
It doesn't matter, early access or not some really bad decisions were made. They could have easily discovered that MF is absolutely broken and fix that in half an hour in 6 months. They could have made endgame accessible. I'm on lvl 95 still didn't get a single atlas point in any game mechanics except bosses. I found 1 citadel and so on. All of that was super simple to repair. I don't mind not having many drops, but content access is just ridiculous.
Basicaly guy that was doing balancing totally failed.
@@yoooyoyooo they didn't even need to discover it they already knew MF was bad
which makes this the best time to critique it since it's most fluid to changes lol. we are paying to play test it
That's why you need to be vocal for feedback to make the game better.
