I will say your kitchen does look immaculate 👍
Thanks so much!
I appreciate this video because I have the same grill and that’s what I was worried about most. Thank you
Man that grill of yours is one I'm looking at now. At HomeDepot in July 2023, it's going for like $450. In another vid I think you said you only paid something like $199 on sale. That's awesome. Hoping HomeDepot has another sale soon cuz that looks like a great grill.
Great video. Thanks
Thanks for the upload! Mixing the mustard with frank red hot sauce is great as well 😋
this video is EXACTLY what i needed
thank you so much!
i have a big pork butt i got on sale and while it has a small bone, the temp guidelines is really helpful. we are going to cook this tomorrow and i’ll come back and let you know how it went!
Sounds great! Look forward to hearing from you with the results. Enjoy!
Love famous daves rub and cornbread mix
Looks Awesome! Next time I'm there y'all will have to cook me one!
I did exactly what you said it turned out amazing
I'm happy it turned out great for you!
clicked the like! I can tell you use imovie, playing with the ken & burns effect. I'll have to try this as opposed to the smoker sometime.
I also use imovie, so all those transitions were really familiar... cool stuff!
Thanks so much for the comment!!!
Video looks good and the end result I bet is great.
Only one thing if I may suggest: you should wash your hands with soap and water after touching the meat...
I don't trim the fat off my pork roast when I smoke it. I got one in the smoker now. I leave it in the smoker at about 250 for about 6 hours. It pretty much melts when you go to cut it 😋
This was a faster cook, possibly because it was only a 2 pound cut.
Hey Salty! Long time no sea. (har har har)

I have a 8lb pork butt , would it still take that amount of time? I'm cooking this tomorroe
I'm guessing it will take longer because of the size. The temperature is the key to knowing when it's done.
I think because it's much larger than this one you should cook it for about 2.75 hours less to offset for weight difference...let me know if your family or friends like it!
